D'majestic Place by Homes Asian 3

Great value in a nice quiet location (Pudu) not too far from the center. The hotel is surrounded by amazing food - only 3 minutes walk from the train station and the "Times Square" area is about a 10 minute walk away. The room itself was great for the price and there is a beautiful infinity pool on the rooftop! I'm very happy I stayed here. The check-in and check-out process was quick and painless. Thank you again D'majestic Place!

I have to be honest there are far more negative points than positive ones.
I was not informed the hotel required 200 Malaysian Ringet for a deposit. The room had an awful overpowering smell as I entered the room ,I opened the windows straight away.
The bedding was an off white and the sheets just about fitted the bed.
The TV didn't work ,so I got reception staff to mend it ,then I only got local channels. The iron didn't work ,which again was replaced but still no joy - so definitely something wrong with the electrics. The sink had no plug and the water was very slow going down the plug hole - needs a plumber to rectify the problem. 
The hotel definitely needs a lick of paint to brighten it up and general maintenance. Underneath the  accommodation area was an abandoned set of chairs ,tables ,which looked at though it had been a restaurant area in the past.
The reception could have tourist maps for travellers and offer of trips to local areas of interest.
The area is very run down however its central for getting about. 
Unfortunately, I won't be staying here again and won't be recommending it to friends or family. 

Disappointed

The place is nice to stay especially with the location closed to metro station but the staff was found to be misleading as they first confirmed over e-mail about the swimming pool being functional on my proactively inquiring about the same through e-mail (this because on the booking site through AGODA, it was mentioned that the pool is under renovation until further notice)
However, after reaching there, the pool was closed which ruined our stay and idea of having some good pics in the swimming pool facing KL towers. Utterly disappointed with this kind of cheating.

MISGUIDING STAFF

We did not get what we payed for. We payed for 5 beds but we gor only four at the management was not helgule and would not try to fix this. There were bugs in the room, and one of the air condotios in one of the rooms did not work. In the kitchen there was not enogh cutlery. 
The room was ok but the Internett was not that good.

BAD SERVICE

really my worst experience staying at the D'majestic premiere suite hotel. I had to check in via Whatsapp instead of directly meeting the front office, it took me 2 hours to receive the key because it was so difficult to follow the check-in process that I had never experienced before like this. I stayed 2 nights but my room was not cleaned at all, what a nightmare when I came home from the road my room was still a mess not cleaned.

bad service not recommended

I sent over 40 messages,  texts,  and emails and never got a response. I had two phone numbers to call that often went unanswered. It took 4 days for them to decide that I was supposed to have internet service.  Even then service was spotty. 

There are no English channels on the TV controlled by two remotes.

Finally,  they kept my security deposit when I left though they refused to meet
 me and explain why. I messaged them three times the morning I left., all of which were ignored.  It's called stealing,  but obviously,  they don't care.

One of the biggest travel mistakes ever,  having traveled to more than 50 countries.
