Very clean and modern hotel in the middle of Georgetown. Breakfast area very comfortable, with good selection of breakfast menu. Provision of fruits is somewhat limited though. Very helpful staff.

Good location. Major bus hub (Komtar) nearby. GAMA center right outside. Complementary espresso (machine). Large room (2nd floor). Water refill & microwave on each floor. Work friendly.

From our welcome at check-in through to our final day, our 12 day stay at Cittadines Connect Georgetown was a pleasure. The spacious foyer with plenty of seating options and coffee on hand, set the tone for our very comfortable King room. Buffet breakfasts were enjoyable with plenty of options. All staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Decent size, clean and has nearby mall. Many food options.

Starting with a warm welcome by staff on arrival and check-in, our stay was perfect. Location is convenient and within walking distance of localfood, supermarket and shopping mall.  The exquisite black and white tiles on the footpath along the entrance of the hotel are reminiscent of the heritage of Penang. . Tea and coffee are available free of charge in the lobby at all times. The room is spacious, well designed, and very clean with daily service. It is well lit for reading or putting on makeup! There is a long wall mirror — perfect for the ladies. Filtered drinking water is free flow.

Check-in and check-out was seamlessly fast and efficient.  Room is clean.  Overall property is clean and very good service staff in the entire property in particular Dhur and Joe.  They are so helpful and extend the extra miles to even check for us luggage storage at the airport and at Queensbay Mall

The staff were very friendly and approachable.The swimming pool and gym was dencent and clean.The only shortfall is complimentary bottles of water in the room.

Overall very good experience in the hotel as staff was friendly and check in was smooth and fast. The hotel is also at a very convenient location, walkable to centre of Georgetown and restaurants. Bed was comfortable but wish there was thin and thick pillows to choose from. Shower head was leaking and bathroom door cannot be closed initially during our stay. Housekeeping did not replace hand towels on 2nd day and 3rd day.

Excellent!

Great location within walking distance to lots of good food and shopping. The hotel has a charming vibe in line with the cultural heritage of the area yet modern in its amenities. Rooms were quite small but functional and clean. Main complaint was lack of soundproofing. Could clearly hear doors slamming and people talking along the corridor; not great for light sleepers

Good value!

Basically everything is good. Only thing is that neighbors voice can hear loudly from rooms in the vicinity and corridor. Staff are nice..

Great location, breakfast is average but good enough to start the day. Photos of the swimming pool can be deceiving as the pool is in the shade during the afternoon

I would recommend this hotel

Very polite staff, quick check in and check out procedure. Small parking behind hotel, we were lucky to take last lot available. Overall good place to stay, second time staying there already.
