We stayed here because we were visiting friends that live in Jurmala. You get what you pay for. The price is very reasonable and the room clean. There was a fridge, microwave & kettle all really handy as there are 2 good supermarkets down the road. The beach is 5 min walk. The main tourist area is not near we did walk the beach way all the way but it is about 12km.
