I love everything about this hotel - the rooms are always clean, equiped with everything we need (toothbrushes, gowns etc). The pool is my favourite - it's warm, clean. I stayed in this hotel 3 times with my family and kids, we enjoyed breakfast and service. I think Kazzhol is one of the best hotels in Astana comparing to the price and quality of service. The location is good for us, because we ordered food from the nearest Shaurma Food and it took minutes to deliver in our room. Also I like the private parking zone, the restaurant on the 1st floor and the decorations in December 2023.
