Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo

From the moment we checked in, everything was an experience will remember for a very long time. We upgraded to a suite with a garden view on the 11th floor and it was the right choice. We were tired from the long flight, so much of our stay was to rest, and this was the perfect place to do it. Room service was the best we have ever had, from the white glove service to the food, we could not have asked for more. The way the set up the table in our room was a pleasure to watch. For breakfast they brought our own toaster so the bread was indeed fresh. The windows over the garden were a delight and we enjoyed watching the garden during the day and when it was so memorable at night when it was all lit up. We enjoyed watching the fog cover the grounds on a regular schedule. Could see many happy weddings taking place in the banquet building next door as the wedding parties came out for photos. The staff we used (front desk, concierge desk, room service, bell man service and housekeeping) were always helpful, polite, and cheerful. The management obviously trains the staff well and they all take pride in doing thier jobs. We were celebrating our 38th anniversary and were very pleased to find a note given to us when we checked in signed by many of the staff…very nice touch. Thank you to the hotel for a wonderful stay.
