We stayed in this facility for 6 days. I think you should definitely make improvements. You can't go out and get out of the car every time you open the door and then close it. 1 improvement: automatic gate as we are in 2023 and not in 1900. Another improvement: air conditioning. It was terrible hot and the ventilator was not working very well. As for the staff, I had something to laugh about. Presented the apartment in German Italian and very quickly. Another negative note: they ask you or they better force you to pay in cash. As for the complex of the facility it looks nice and cozy and above all in an excellent position to visit the center and the north and south. If I had to go back to this facility, I wouldn't consider this anyway.

That's nice, but...

I was going to book, but after the call from the owner I contacted just before we cancelled after his threats where he said we had to change rooms and pay more because the house was small... between me and my husband we thought this is not right... forced us to cancel the booking because the one-year-old girl couldn't stay in Latvia with us as she usually sleeps but we had to take a room with a flat bed! Not to mention the payment exclusively in contact to evade taxes!

Personal weight

The double room consisted of a six-square-foot porch with a mini-TV that only saw Rai and without a sofa. The night room was a spacious room that was without windows.... I don 't know if it was the area or the structure but full of flies in the afternoon and mosquitoes in the evening... toilet drain didn 't work and the toilet was losing... no air conditioning practically zero phone network

Poor experience at the asking price

I've been going to Puglia on vacation for years, but I've never found a place like this, a garden in a natural state, apart from the beautiful olive groves, x everything else left to chance, a house, if you can talk about a house, made up of a small kitchen with entrance and living room (not even a sofa, and a small TV in a corner) and a bedroom with no windows, with a very poor ventilator blown into a corner, and then a bathroom with discharge problems, strange noises of regurgitation, etc.

Location of fear...

We were immediately greeted warmly and sympathetically by Rollo and Monica,the owners.Simple but wrapped in olive trees and other vegetation that makes even the hottest, cooler and ventilated days cheerful especially in the evenings.The swimming pool near all the apartments is well maintained, and is the ideal place to relax and enjoy an almost unreal tranquility.The clean and complete apartments of every comfort.What a pleasure to exchange two chats with Rollo always ready to offer you a beer....Congratulations!!!

A relaxing holiday immersed in nature!!

Very lucky experience in Villa Monica. The apartment is complete with every convenience, beautiful swimming pool, nice barbecue area, ping pong, small gym, pool and convenient space to wash even with washing machine. The very nice and exquisitely kind and handy owners. 5 minutes from the beaches, from Vieste center and the typical amenities, supermarket, pharmacy, etc. We left the heart. We'll be back.

What a lovely vacation.

We loved our stay at Villa Monica. The chalet is spotless, spacious with a good bbq and outdoor dining available. We would have liked an oven but managed fine without it. There was a washing machine free at your disposal. The pool, although on the small size was lovely and quiet with plenty of comfortable loungers. Our hosts were lovely and very helpful. We regretted not being able to speak their language as they were interesting people and great cooks. Thank you for providing lemons from the garden for our gin and tonics!

Lovely private chalet with pool

My wife and I arrived with such enthusiasm. My puppies are in a very nice place. Unfortunately, the TV didn't work.

Accommodation

We stayed at this property in August, 4 friends. The apartment, like the whole structure, was in line with the description, perhaps even a little more: there are mosquito nets and new windows (and in the countryside it is an absolute benefit). We often dined in the outdoor porch finding the proper kitchen equipment (the oven is missing).
