I think that this was probably originally an apartment and it's now been converted into three en-suite rooms and the office. It's easier to find if you get a taxi to drop you off, although it's actually very close indeed to the amphitheatre and convenient for most things tourists want to do or see in Verona once you know where it is (in the picturesque old town and not far from one of the bridges). It's on the 3rd floor so you get keys to let you in to the alleyway outside (gated at night), the block (which has a lift), the apartment, and your room. We had a large, comfortable room with a table and chairs and also a table and chairs on the balcony. Continental breakfast is set out in the lobby and you collect and take to your room. Complimentary tea and coffee is available in the lobby 24/7. There's also a small fridge in the room. Anna and William are very friendly and helpful and nothing seems to be too much trouble - they really are delightful. The place is pleasantly decorated and spotlessly clean - the rooms are cleaned daily. There's also air-con and heating and the WIFI was very good. We'd certainly return and recommend it highly.
