We were in Rimini for international student competition and we needed the front lobby for our press center, they let us use it without any problem, they even helped us setup it and gathered all the tables they had. We even put our network equipment on the terrace, there were cables everywhere, they didn't complain. The hotel manager stayed on the guard during the night, so our equipment was safe. Hotel is nicely decorated, and everything is clean and neat. Whole hotel staff are very nice people, they do their job responsibly and with customer on the first place. In a place which is full of different hotels, I can recommend it as a safe choice.
