Residence a little far from the unmarked center at night, nice and cute girls in the dining room, the reception boy as well.

It's good enough.

It is located in a quiet place very close to Portoferraio and the main locations of the island. Spacious and well maintained room. Towels changed every day. Mattresses. Maybe a little dated but in the complex a very positive judgment. Fantastic swimming pool, very well maintained gardens and cleaning is excellent everywhere.

Very positive experience!

I've already reviewed myself in the past.I've stayed several times.This time, unfortunately, only one night.For contingent reasons, instead of the residence, we had to choose the hotel, but we didn't regret it: nice room, with a small cooking corner, but we didn't enjoy it, preferring the half-pension in the hotel.)

One night.

We stayed for two weeks in August, the location was very nice, good location, the rooms were quite spacious, discreetly clean, the swimming pool was very nice and well served. The breakfast was bad: little choice, repetitive, no fresh produce, packaged cakes, frozen brioches, no kind of biscuits, no toast and often leftovers from the previous evening's sweets.

Disappointing

An old structure with a very nice pool (where I've never been). We choose an apartment for 2 adults and 2 children thinking that a small kitchen would have been useful for our stay. Unfortunately the kitchen was useless given its minuscule size (fitted inside a wardrobe!) and we used only the refrigerator. Rooms are decent but would benefit from a refurbish. Cleaning is NOT included in the price but bath towels are changed every three days. Please note that you'll need a car anytime since the road where the hotel is located it's NOT usable otherwise.

Cheap accommodation.

We took a 28 m2 single room. We had no interior table to eat on (only a table on the balcony), a broken bedside lamp, a double bed made up of two single people who kept getting apart, a front of the shower that didn't close completely.

Saves himself for his position

Very clean place indeed, very clean, beautiful pool but mattress 30 years ago bath without support for a napkin or for a bathtub or towel after shower, kindness of staff and manager, negative notation on the street that makes sleep impossible

Too close to the road but very clean

The male staff is doing their best to serve the customer but the reception is catastrophic... and it is not possible to have an invoice and details of consumption when checking out...

Everything is very average in this institution...

I’ve been very disappointed by different aspects of this property.
First and foremost disrespect of the Anti-Covid norms that must be followed now.
The receptionist that greeted us did not wear the mask and she did not take it even when we arrived and talked to us and showed our rooms.
I saw cleaning personnel going into rooms without masks
At the restaurant some of the waiters took their mask on the chin while not serving at the table, but still working on food.

It’s clear that there’s no one checking and directing the staff correctly 

The restaurant is to forget.
You should not book an half-board or full- board as you would have so little choice in the food that is much better to go out and have some serious dinner
The service is terribly slow as they will go through the order of the courses, main and second, for all the table even if you’re having only the second.
So you’re going to wait that all the tables had their first course
I got my dish “cold” and left it 
The room was quite fine but had some “spot” to be better cleaned 

I won’t come again

Forget restaurant

Unfriendly staff, terrible breakfast, the room with a bar fridge with unsealed water and filled with tap water, I believe, stretch pillow cases, very uncomfortable etch, away from the sea and everything.
