Excellent price report for this villa. Manager Giacomo is very attentive, gives you advice about the surroundings... the private terrace with views is extra! Access to the swimming pool and trance rooms is also great. In addition, a small private passageway takes you directly to the sea! In the apartment, everything necessary is available; dishes, bedding, laundry, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning... in short, I highly recommend it!!

The view is amazing and makes everything right...
Nice small pool, possibility to dip in the sea, Good beds and working airco. 

Bathrooms need an upgrade and altough the centre is on walking distance, it is not a Nice road to walk on. 

The train to Palermo is great!

We went with online booking of the ns. friends. The address was Via Francesco Perez 53 bis Bagheria but at this address we found ourselves in a narrow street in the middle of the country! Then by phone they told us that the exact destination was via Perez 53 but to Aspra directly on the sea. The surprise was that we booked a room with 1 double bed and sofa. Not badly we already slept together other times.

Nice place with a reservation.

Fantastic fairytale place, hospitality from the owner at the top. It was only a weekend but it was enough to recover from the daily stress. A dream sea, a fantastic peace. The room is well maintained and very clean with a porch and a small pool overlooking the sea. A beautiful experience to repeat.

One word.

Real disappointment I'm afraid. Not at all what is protraid on web sites.  We stayed for 7 nights in the 2 bedroom apartment which if I'm being generous is basic. Parking is difficult due to steep gradiant to (small) parking area. Pool is very average, but due to location is best that could be expected.  Kitchen and bathroom are clean and tidy but basic.  On the plus side the views towards Palermo are excellent. The nearby towns of Aspra and Bagheria are clearly in a competition as to how much litter and plastic bottles they can accumulate on their streets!  Having been to many places in this fabulous country, I would have to say avoid and spend your hard earned cash else where.   

Basic. Not what is says on the tin.

This place is beautiful! But be warned, it can be quite difficult to find. Your GPS might not work. We got very lost in Bagheria looking for it. Turns out this place is actually in Aspra, not Bagheria. Our host finally found us, and all was great. The views are spectacular, and the villa is very comfortable. The wifi always worked, we did a little cooking in the kitchen. It's not equipped with the best of utensils etc, but worked out just fine. The villa was clean and our host was attentive and lovely. He provided great advise on travel times, and places to see in the area. The best part of this experience was the private terrace and the view. It was extraordinary. Looking forward to going back....

Beauty In Italy

Large clean apartment with already partially ruined facilities. Colorful bedding. Located on the edge of the coastal town of Aspra. Narrow parking spaces in the complex. Many stairs. The outdoor complex could be more cared for. The terrace chairs had probably not been cleaned for a long time. A sandy brush stood on the seats. Price-performance ratio was not respected. Shower cabin is only large enough for hungry people. No storage for shampoo. No working ventilator. A small basic supply of water, milk, juice was in our bar in the kitchen. The view from the terrace and from the apartment to Paler, Aspra and the summits was not preserved. Light and evaluation in the bay.

It's a great view, worthy of improvement.

It's a stunning view... the bay embraces you with its colours and the roaring waves that break through the rocks capture you for hours... welcoming rooms and simple but courteous... family service... excellent quality price ratio.

Wild beauty!

If you want to see a stay fee of €3.5 per night (when the luxury 5-star hotels are €4 and the 5-star hotels are €3) if you want to enter through a gate and go down in the back, if you want to sleep without dark curtains with the light coming in, if you want to struggle to close the door with a little effort, if you want your roommates to pass in front of your bed to rent, and if you want a lesson about the fact that bageria is the center of the world and you don't know anything, if the apartments are 5 and the car seats 4 but you have to stay in 5 anyway, someone has decided this way, you have found the place that makes for you very beautiful.

Nice, but poorly handled.

The room would deserve to... Unfortunately, like many areas of the Palermitan, it is managed in a very questionable way. The rooms do not have privacy, the terrace is common and there are not even dark curtains. The lighting of the interior rooms is poor, not to mention the exterior: in the areas of relevance of the rooms is not present. The room door must sometimes be accompanied with force. There are 4 imperfect floors for 5 rooms, so it is a valid place only for those who want to leave the car for a few. Very unfortunate for those who, like us, want to see Sicily, turn around and enjoy it. Not to mention the escort and support of the owner always for those rooms. Really MAI place.
