We senior citizens family have stayed at room 303 for a night on 8th October 2022; it was a nightmare staying here;they have not changed bed sheet, pillow covers or blanket cover, those used by previous residents have been given to us. Pics shared here and with front office staff Suresh ji on whatsapp. Room was booked in a package trip through rajasthantouring.com. We ordered snacks at 5pm, not served till 6pm; reason being our ordered items were served at other room where residents consumed. Has anyone faced such an instance ! Breakfast is included in package but we are afraid to take, as it will be a-la-carte basis and today's instance may be repeated. Food quality we don't know. Rowdy drunken people at other rooms have spoilt our night.
This is a request to owner of the hotel, if they at all read reviews, either you manage hotels properly or close operations. Please do not try to fool guests.

One of my worst hotel stay at Bikaner

Extremely bad... don't go there even by mistake..Staffs were unprofessional,rooms were not maintained properly,we didn't get water in bathroom.then we changed our room and shifted again in another room but unfortunately some problem in that room too..so again we changed the room..So actually after entering the hotel we faced terrible experience.
Absolutely disgusting...

Worse Hotel..

construction work running in hotel but they didn't mentioned about it ,if you don't want to meet any disaster or don't want to put yourself in any kind of serious sound polution then plz check out before 9am ... because very very  heavy noise from renovation work after 9am .. save your ears and brain.. overall it's a disaster 

Disaster (Construction work Running )

The hotel is a great transit option for travelers looking for a night halt. We were a family of 13 and needed a place to Galt before traveling to jaisalmer. The rooms were clean, spacious and had the basic amenities. The washrooms were fine too. For this price range, the hotel is a good option.
Definitely recommended for a short stay.

Value for money hotel

Clean Hotel with good rooms. The food is good. Service is a bit slow bit overall experience is very good. The location of hotel is near to all the main markets. It's walking distance to the railway station.You can enjoy local delicacies at Rani Bazaar nearby.The room size is bit small.

This is place great for Budget friendly families..
great place for parties.Had a great visit here. All amenities are good, Nice Rooms for family.
Staff is very cooperative, and helpful.
Rooms are very simple and clean. and the Breakfast is quiet tasty and affordable.

Location of the hotel is so bad .it is near to railway station and most of the night train noise is there. Rooms are not cleaned , towels are not fresh , torn bedsheets and dirty bed spreads...toilets was so dirty. Worst part is room is given to another person without cleaning...worst part was  previous person who had left earlier had left his underwear in the toilet and the hotel before handing over the room did not add the courtesy of checking or cleaning. Our agent Rajan bookings had done the reservation stating it is good and decent ... please avoid this hotel even if it is dirt cheap....rooms are noisy , corridors are noisy , doors banging any time of day ...dirty bed spreads

Located at Rani Bazaar, this hotel is a well maintained one.

It's a seven-storey hotel with lift. We stayed here in November, in rooms 407 and 404 on the fourth floor. Hot water was available round the clock. The corridor, rooms, bathrooms were as clean as a whistle. The rooms were spacious and cosy. In fact, the entire hotel reflected professionalism by means of cleanliness and well suited decor. Housekeeping service too, was good.

It is a good hotel to opt for at Bikaner.

Well located standard hotel

We visited these hotel last week and it's a nice n decent hotel and good staff Mr mukesh the owner is a nice and supportive person .and had a great time at the hotel .location of the hotel is also nice near to the station and all other tourist spots .
Worth visiting again .

Nice and decent hotel 

Nice location...But basically it's a lodge can not call it hotel..Even after booking through MMT ,they charge separately for other in cash at the time your entering hotel...And the special note is they do not take your legal id for photocopy,they permanently save it in computer with scanner..This was my first objection that how n why you keep someone's id save in your computer system,being an legal consultant I was not agree.
If your going to stay with your family ,will not feel secure at all because staff body language is too notorious.
Mr. Asoke ,who use to sit on reception in morning basically it's check out time for all,try to suppress you with his desi heavy voice raw atitude and convince you to pay for other expenses which are not justified at all.
One of my cousin came in morning to meet me n he used toilet,mr. Asoke charged me 600 rupees..For that reason..demand for cash because sir hamara to machine kharab hai,When it come to pay by card they adjusted this amount in room rent charge.,do not make any such specific entry in you bill because room rent as I said given before entering in room..This argument took 15-20 min..Staff is too smart as they know it's train scheduled time they do not cooperate at all..In addition to it they charge for dirt of bedsheet by children..Rupees 300,also adjusted in bill  as room rent,for proof I took bedsheet with me while paying.
Atlast,for the sake of not missing train I unhappily agree to pay amount,but as Asoke said hamara to machine kharab hai..Pas wale petrol pump pe staff k sath jao waha kat jayega amount card machine se..Staff teases you by not clearing amount in one swapping ,make swapping in instalment intentionally,very regretful to chose this hotel for stay.
Overall this is lodge having desi bikaner gundas,they are very malafidly smart,they know how to trap you step by step n I missed my train.
