66 reviewsStayed for 3 nights in May 22 The village is about one and a half drive from Nafpaktos into the mountains. Some parts not fully asphalted but all in excellent conditions & well signposted/with safety barriers If you leave Athens at 1700hrs you can be there at 2300hrs. Rooms were very clean & cosy with wooden floors, nice furnishings & furniture. Excellent heating/aircon. Also good duvet as the nights even in May can be still cold at 900meters. Great location - at the top of the village and with lovely views over the village into the valleys. There is great viewing terrace- the room/studios also have large balconies. Run by owner, his wife, their son with his wife. A great team. The home cooking is excellent. Eggs, butter, honey, vegetables from their own garden/ animals. They also make their own bread and cakes for breakfast. They were very welcoming- with lots of tips for nice walks & conditions of the paths. We did a lovely walk to the waterfalls in Perdikovrisi & a great walk in the nearby Kakavos gorge. The Anavasi walking map for the region is available in the hotel which is very handy. Prices for room (60 euro per room inclusive breakfast) , food and drink all very reasonable.
