Very excellent stay at Niirides! Such great hosts sharing recommendations for trips around the Island! Also, lovely breakfast was served at their patio!

Very lovely hotel. Cool design, very clean, in a nice quiet spot but easy walking distance to town. We loved our stay here.

Our room was large with a large balcony where we could look out to the sea.  The staff and owners were very friendly and the daily breakfast was excellent.  The hotel was so well maintained that I asked if it was new only to find out it has been around for a couple decades.  I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Spetses.

One of the nicest places we have stayed at. The facility is clean and looks brand new even though it’s been around for quite a while. The owners are wonderful hosts, friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is highly recommended!!! A fantastic guesthouse comprising excellent rooms, with modern style decor, good size bathrooms and air conditioning. This is in a great location, in good walking distance to the centre but sufficiently far to be away from any noises during the evening. The best aspect was the great breakfast in the morning in the guesthouse’s garden, served by the hotel’s very friendly staff!

The property was beautiful and well maintained and decorated. It’s managed by a very nice and friendly local couple and it’s nearby all the cute shops of Spetses.

This is a great place to stay. Hosts very friendly and service top notch. Breakfast are great and home make cake and apricot jam just the best. Clean, comfortable and close to shops and cafes etc. well worth a stay.

The room was beautiful and so was the surrounding area. The staff was amazing and very accommodating so I would highly recommend

Wonderful hotel and staff

Fantastic guest house at a great location!

A classic Greek pension - spotlessly clean with friendly owners. Nothing flashy or luxurious just everything you could need at a reasonable price. Lovely sitting area with an abundance of flowers. Well situated for main square, port,  restaurants etc. One curiosity - Google maps via Expedia took me in completely the wrong direction. Head for the Clock Square and look for the discreet directions. Or just ask.

We enjoyed the hopitality of Maria & Stella for 5 days and have only the best to say about Niriides. The rooms are very pleasant, nicely decorated with comfortable beds, spotlesly clean! The lovely courtyard serving also as a breakfast room, the home made cakes from Maria's mother, freshly squeezed orange juice and eggs prepared to your choice. In general you feel like home when in Niriides. The hotel is very close to the port, in walking distance to the island's square and the shopping area, making it the perfect choice when in Spetses. We will definetely come back!

We visited Spetses 40 years ago & returned to celebrate our 60th birthdays & our 40th wedding anniversary.  Although we didnt stay at the same place,  as the previous place didn’t exist anymore,  we were not disappointed. Nirides was perfect for a completely relaxed & chilled holiday. It is located in a perfect spot for all amenities but still very quiet.  As soon as we arrived we were upgraded & the apartment was good & very clean  X The breakfast was also very good & plentiful. It was so lovely to sit in the courtyard each day in the morning sunshine x Certainly felt at home & cosy there. Thanks to all at Nirides for a lovely stay & for making our stay such a special & memorable one...... to add to our previous special memories from 40 years ago. XX

Nothing bad to say about this beautiful, comfortable, clean, spacious and modern. 
Is very closed to the port, least than 5 minutes walk, close to beaches and all other amenities.
The apartment/ studio is well equipped and clean. With toiletries and tea making facilities. Our studio has a balcony with views of the town.
The place is very quiet and tacks away in a small street. This island has a few motor vehicle, the locals used motorcycle or cycles to move around.
This is a family business, they run the place they are very caring and welcoming. The site is kept clean and breakfast is served from 08:30 to 11:00 am on the main terrace. All fresh and local products.

I will definitely recommend and would love to come back.

Visited Spetses in August 2018 together with my wife and our 4-month old daughter in our first holiday as a family, and stayed at this guesthouse. 

The location is very convenient - literally a 3-min walk from Dapia (port), but just far enough from all the buzz to ensure some peace and quiet. 

Our room was on the ground floor, and despite being on the small side and not offering any views, it was adequately modern, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The ground floor access was very convenient for us when taking the stroller in and out of the room.

The breakfast was served in the hotel's very pleasant courtyard and was of excellent quality and quantity. 

But what clearly stood out was the staff, who all (from the manager to the housekeeper) truly went over and above to ensure that our stay was a comfortable one and that we had all we needed - thank you!

The only downside was the price - €105 per night is rather expensive for the room we stayed in - but this is a general problem with Spetses in high season, and this hotel still offers much better value than others on the island.

So overall certainly a positive experience. We will happily stay again should we return to Spetses!

Fantastic accommodation with "A1" service. You will experience authentic Greek island atmosphere along with a warm feeling of (Filoxenia) hospitality from all the staff.
Location is superb.. short stroll to the Centre of everything Spetses has to offer.Family friendly clean and affordable. A must stay while visiting the island of ΣΠΈΤΣΕΣ 🔆🐙

Location: very close to the city center. You can go everywhere by foot.
Room: we staid at B3 room at first floor. It can easily accommodate a family. Very clean and comfortable room. The kitchen has everything. 
Breakfast: 3 options for eggs- ommelette or toast. Fresh juice-cappuccino and cake. Homemade marmelade and greek salad for the tourists.
Hospitality: smiley and kind people. Very kind whatever we asked. 
Highly recommended. 


Clean and quiet rooms-good location

This is a wonderful hotel with all the amenities! The staff is extremely helpful, and caters to your every need. The continental breakfast is baked fresh every morning, and served with a choice of homemade jams as well, which are delicious! The room is very spacious, clean, and very well maintained. It had a kitchenette but we didn’t use it, as we walked into town to the many restaurants nearby. A 5 minute walk to shops, restaurants, and cafes. The beach is about a 10 minute walk. The hospitality at this family owned hotel is top notch, and better than any 5 star hotel we’ve stayed in. Beds are extremely comfortable, and pillows are memory foam and hypoallergenic. We highly recommend staying at this hotel, and visiting this beautiful, quiet, peaceful island. A wonderful vacation destination for anyone hoping to get away from it all! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
