The price is very attractive, the location is good, not far from the port and therefore from the bus stop. It is a pity that the equipment is not up to par (it is more than summarised, even for holidays).

Good location / good price

Good solution to stay in Pollonia: near the center but far enough to have quiet in the night. Nevertheless, The services are not sufficient in my opinion: there are not all the services described when booked... no iron, no microwaves oven, cleaning done very very very superficially- one dead spider stayed with is for the entire week-, towels changed upon request, not every 3 days... 
it’s a pity... because the location is very nice... they should have done much more to make this staying good...

Insufficient services

The photo is deceiving, it doesn't look that way, and whoever, like me, who learned to know and love the country of origin of Greece 40 years ago, will remember DAMALS and suddenly feel younger again and enjoy it.

Greece as 30 years ago

The apartment was well equipped apart from the shower - we could not be sure whether the shower was in the toilet or vice versa.  The location was dismal and the outside space neglected and unpleasant.  It was a fair walk to the harbour and beach along a busy road which at night was quite risky.  Pollonia is lovely with a wide choice of good restaurants and cafes.  Milos island is beautiful and well worth a visit.

Worst location in Pollonia

We stayed in Elena apartments 3 weeks ago for few days and the overall experience has been pretty good. The only problem I could highlight is the fact that the bathroom was not suitable for people of my height (6.4 feet/ 1.93m). Other than that for the money we paid it was pretty good choice. Also the agency arranging our accommodation (Travel me to Milos) were really good people and happy to help. As a matter of fact there was a misunderstanding between rooms and people and they have immediately rectified by asking us to stay to Adamas for the first night by arranging us an upgraded White Villa which was awesome place to stay. Very accommodating and informative. I would highly recommend Travel to Milos to organise your time in the island for pretty much anything you want.

Good value for money

We've been here for four days at the end of August. The rooms are extremely unstable, but this is nothing. The intolerable thing is the bathroom, very small, fatiguing, with a shower that's almost on the toilet, and a microscopic sink so that you can flood the bathroom even when you wash your face. I'm not talking about the kitchen where I didn't feel like doing anything but putting a bottle of water in the fridge. There must be sewage problems because the bathroom smells nauseous, yet you can't keep the window open because there's a colony of cats in the neighborhood who, by the way, aren't afraid of anything and so they come in and out of the rooms.

Highly Recommended

We're in the 4th and so we booked the double room with kitchen. The apartment is spacious, very clean and fresh. They clean every day and change the towels every 3 days. There is air conditioning but these days we don't need it. We have two bathrooms, the only problem is that they are very small and attached to each shower because there is only one curtain but at the end of the day they clean and the apartment is always clean. The balcony is shaded and allows you to eat in 4. It's oriented to the fields and no one passes us. There's also the TV but we never turned it on.
