This is a dream holiday apartment complex, fantastic sea views, great rooms, excellent service and pool side food and drinks. The owners are very welcoming and eager to please, I would highly recommend these apartments.

Perfection

We have staying in this resort three times, this one been our first time at Sophia. In the brochure it says Sea Views, erm not when your on the bottom floor. These apartments are damp. Kitchen utensiles are a laugh. No tin opener, pan. Boiled eggs in a teapot.
We stayed there for three weeks and our bedding was changed twice. At one stage we had 11 towels our neighbours had none.
Very damp, I had bought matches and within three days they didnt light.
Our shower curtain full of mildew and it fell down on a number of times.
Sophia was in our room at 10.10am stripping the beds ready for the next holidays makers, however  we still had 1hr 50mins to vacate.
We will never go back to these apartments a total let down. I have wrote to Thomas Cook about this.

Smell of Damp

Where to start!!! The property is up an alley way,it is close to the beach as described,first the positives.
Large kitchen with small oven/grill,old kettle ( we took &used our own) full sized fridge freezer.ample work top space.That is the only positive of this property.
The negatives of this property,The main problem is Sophia herself,she " claims" not to speak any English.However she manages to tell you to pay monies to her for air conditioner and not to Manos.the property badly needs money spent on it,it would not cost a lot either.The studio we were in was at the back of the building,the room is in darkness,even with all the lights on (5) it isn't very bright,rubbish for applying make-up etc. also the Mosquitos love the room it has them inside and as soon as u open the door there is half a dozen at the door wanting in.
This studio is at the rear and there are loads of flowers and plants so makes it mozzies territory.
Now indoors,The bathroom is bad,the shower curtain is very dirty,all mildew and mould,it. Sticks to you as the shower is so small,the actual shower head sprays in about 15 different directions and when put up on the bracket  it points directly at the wall and runs down it and on to the floors.great fun.huge puddle outside the shower,no mop.Be careful in the shower as if you lift 1 foot to wash it. You will slide down towards the plug,you have to jam your foot and hold on to the wall with 1hand.
The bedroom...the mattress s solid hard as is the pillows,like sleeping on the concrete floor with a Kerb stone as the pillow.
Sophia takes you in through a patio door into your room then pulls the metal shutter closed and locks up that door.you have the back mosquito door to use only.the window in the kitchen has a metal shutter outside it and when u open it to let some light in Sophia shuts it by the time you return,in broad daylight?? 
Our sheets were NOT changed at all..the buckets are emptied a few times a week that's about all the cleaning you will get.the floor is dirty.
The worst thing happened the day we were leaving to go home..we packed everything except our traveling clothes...The paperwork on the back of our door clearly states "Check-out 12" We were going out for a walk and to catch a last hour of sun at 9.10 am Sophia was sweeping the outside floor She asked for her money (air con') we went back in the room she came in uninvited and checked the air con was working then took the remote,fine. Then she was telling us to take ALL our bags/cases outside,I told her check-out says 12 was pointing to the paper on the door,she said that's late check out,mind she can't speak English! Then she said in Anglaise!! Making out it was 12 in English meaning 10 there!!!! Iwas reading it to her it says 12 check out,late check-out 18.30  Then she was flapping about raising her voice trying to force us out with all bags & cases.i refused and told her we would leave at 11am we were going for a walk then return..she was nodding her head.I forgot to take the key with me ,we came back at 10.30 and she had put ALL OUR STUFF AND TRAVEL CLOTHES OUTSIDE THE STUDIO in the garden we went in as she was not in the room at this point I had picked up my dress and was going in the bathroom to change she came in the door and started shouting in Greek pointing at us to get out..I pointed to my dress and she pointed OUTSIDE to get dressed there!!! I ignored her and quickly used the bathroom to change.she was coming in and out the room shouting in Greek at us..What a terrible way to treat a paying guest.I told her I was complaining to Thomas Cook and she was offering me a towel and put the key in for the light.As she wasn't allowing us to use the electric when we came back.DONT GO HERE ..we stayed at The SeaBreeze 3 years before and it was lovely,I will return to Agios Gordios as it is beautiful but I wouldn't stay here again even if it was free.
