Extremely friendly and helpful. On my first day, a Sunday, I was sick and had to stay in bed. I was immediately given medicine, plus a charging cable for my cell phone because I had forgotten mine on the train. This saved me the day and also my further stay in Pigfurt. Two days later, I locked myself out of my room at night and a very kind and quick lady came to the door and opened my room. Also otherwise everything was very clean and neat. No reason for any complaints.

Friendly, helpful, clean and well cared for

The hotel is very good in terms of price and service. Good and free parking. Rooms clean. Friendly staff. Overall, it makes a good impression. Well, the bathroom has its uses - but it wasn't a problem. I slept comparatively well. Breakfast is good and plenty. I would stay there again.

It's all right.

The internet was just fine, parking was well-resolved. The rolling stalls provide adequate darkness for good sleep. The facility looks old-fashioned and worn out, especially in the bathroom. The room is decorated unadorned/unlovely. Breakfast is a tribute, it may be different when you are the first. Everything in the house is quite bright. Clean power simply closes the room without knocking. Another stay is unthinkable to me.

If something is worn out, renovation would be appropriate.

It's about a 20-minute walk to the train station. The area is a mix of residential and industrial areas. The entrance area gives a pleasant, decent impression. There's a drink and snack vending machine there. But this positive impression flies away as soon as you open your room door. It's cozy, the carpet is stained, generally everything is a little uncomfortable. The TV is tiny. The Wi-Fi doesn't work all the time and it's loud everywhere. The friendly staff at the reception and kitchen is positive. Even the breakfast was personal enough for me. Even if the waiting wasn't the right one. For a full price.

The first impression is misleading

I was logged in for one night in mid-November. Booking and key handover after 11:00 went smoothly. Room was sparse but clean. Even with TV. Promised free Wi-Fi didn't work. Wet area with wear tracks. Anyone who still wants drinks or candy in the evening can be happy at the vending machine. But in sum, it's recommended.

Good on average

As I was standing outside the hotel and walking into the entrance area, I couldn't understand the reviews of the others on TripAdvisor for the first time, but from the moment I walked into my room and had breakfast the next morning, everything was as described here. The bathroom is in an extremely unattended state. The shower cabin is not locked because it's defective and the shower head is calcified. The breakfast is very minimalist. Fortunately, we were only there for two nights.

Just for a short stay.

Modest hotel, rooms and furnishings to be renovated. The cleaning of the room was not at the top. Breakfast at a buffet not abundant. Kind and available staff. Comfortable (not very close) to the station and the center. Car parking.

A little old.

This is a relatively small hotel, with perhaps 30-40 rooms on four floors, located in the industrial section of the city.  My room was clean, large enough for one or two persons with a small amount of luggage.  The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, with lots of hot water and strong water pressure.  The TV and electrical outlets worked.  Parking was along the street; not difficult to locate an spot.  Breakfast was a bit sparse, but the coffee was good and strong.  All things considered, this is a good hotel for a person who is doing business in the area and is looking for convenience to a work site, or someone who knows the area and does not need/want to stay in the downtown tourist area of the town.

Comfortable and Convienent

On a bus trip we were rebooked to this dated place. Awful half dead plants in the hallways. Bedlinen very cheap and not comfortable. No air-condition. Poor breakfast and an unfriendly atmosphere sums up this hotel. We where lucky only to spend one night here.

Not so good stay.

Small family-run hotel, as expected clean and quiet, 10 minutes' walk from the main station.  I stayed only 2 nights and didn't eat there.  I thought it a little expensive but my only gripe was that on checking out I was asked for the amount that included breakfast and had to point out quite firmly that I hadn't booked breakfast and hadn't had it.
