Everything!!!Fantastic place:the house is super fascinating, it looks like a colonial house of old times, a little old, full of some vintage details that we were fortunately able to catch.Private parking inside the garden.Super breakfast, even with fresh squeeze made at the time and the madeleines as a specialty to make them taste.Everyone had their own coffee or milk.WIFI perfect.The owners of the house SUPER SUPER: everything Madame was the first and only one to try to speak Italian with us (very serious), then she asked the questions to her husband and translated for us.

It's all great!

After spending a few days of vacation to discover Toulouse, I can only recommend this little corner of paradise. Everything is warm and welcoming: the beautifully decorated room, with its balcony on the garden, the fabulous breakfast (the fresh fruit salad, jams and homemade madeleines!) without forgetting the swimming pool, which is very well served during these hot times!

We only stayed here for one night but we enjoyed the hospitality of the owners and especially a very nice house very well maintained. The room we rented was great, not to mention very clean. Breakfast is great, the owner is very attentive to serve you. Frankly, it's a very good address.

A very good address

Beautiful old house and well kept. The lady of the house has surrounded herself with  beautiful old pottery pieces and glassware, makes the place interesting. Our room was large and the shower was perfect, slightly odd that the door to the toilet is about 5 feet high, not great when my other half is 6 foot! We had the balcony but the tree has not been cut back for some time and was hanging over the balcony, which, together with the proximity of the pool water, invited the mozzies, we were bitten silly! My only real moan is, it was boiling hot and not a ceiling fan, table fan or paper fan in sight, I could not sleep with the heat, but the wonderful breakfast next day made up for it and the hosts are delightful.

Faded grandeur

This is a lovely family run Villa. Excellent breakfast. But note very difficult to find as it lies on a one way street. But once there it is great. No where near central Toulouse but nearish to the airport. Great hosts. Easy parking. Good value for money

Once you find it  the welcome is great

Everything is perfect. The hosts a wonderful Serge and Regina very friendly, welcoming and well-disposed. The fantastic breakfast very complete and with homemade products made by Regina. The fairy tale house... as if it were a movie outlet, with charm, detail and care. Undoubtedly to repeat in summer and enjoy the garden and pool.

From the story...

The old charm of an old building a few blocks from the rocky road and Purpan Hospital, if you want to get a little chipped, you'd have to have a fridge in the room, and you'd need better outside lighting to park your car at night, but it's really chipped, because it's a very good address.

Lovely people, a warm and stylish house, tastefully decorated rooms, a breakfast made of fresh produce and delicious madeleines from the housewife worthy of Proust!.

A colonial-style house with lots of stamps. The hosts are charming and very hospitable. We spent three nights in the Elsa room which is very spacious and has a large balcony. For breakfast our hostess offers juice and fresh fruit salad, and we even had the right to homemade madeleines, a real treat. Everything is impeccable and we will return there with great pleasure.

What a surprise

It's a little house conditioned to accommodate guests in a B&B. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was recently renovated, with great taste. The owner was very available when giving any directions to the city center, since the villa is a little far from the center. A homemade and complete breakfast. The only pegas would be two: 1. Recently they have changed the directions of some streets and turned around a little until you get the accommodation. 2. During sleeping hours you hear quite a lot of noises, like the garbage truck passing through that street 3 or 4 times, and planes (I imagine the airport will be nearby), noises that make it a little difficult to reconcile and keep sleeping.
