It's a wonderful guest room for a weekend at the Bordeaux gates. It's quiet, surrounded by bamboo. The common areas are very beautiful and peaceful. The studio is very functional and comfortable. Super bonus for an outdoor jam with music and stars for 10 euros per person. And most of all, a very warm and smiling welcome from Chris!

Bali to Begles

My companion and I have just spent 4 nights in the Bambous closet. It is a pity that the weather was not right because it is a very restful and unpalatable place. There is nothing to say about the studio where well on the welcome and good advice of Luis. The location is ideal whether by tram or car you have quick access to the heart of Bordeaux (15 minutes).

A warm welcome, very attentive to his guests!

This is great apartment a little way from the centre but easily accessible from the tram. Luis was a great host who explained all the features of the apartment really well. Wi-Fi was good, not exceptionally fast but more good and reliable. 

We struggled a little with midges / mosquitos which is probably an issue you would encounter anywhere in Bordeaux. All the facilities of the apartment were of a good standard with plenty of room for the two of us. 

There is a small bakery just along at the end of the street and we enjoyed fresh croissants and bread each morning. A small supermarket near the tram stop provided all the food and wine we needed for the limited self catering we did. 

We did trips on the train out to Arcachon, a nice seaside resort on the Atlantic coast and also to the world heritage site wine producing village of St Emillion, both had plenty to do and were well worth the visit. Along with the attractions of Bordeaux made for an enjoyable and recommended stay.

Pleasant apartment with all facilities

The accommodation is very well located, very quiet, close to public transport, supermarket and bakery. After a busy day, the opportunity to privatize the spa area (20€) surrounded by bamboo and completely unpaved. In short, an address to keep on the agenda!

Very nice house owned by Luis who will welcome you with his very great kindness spa space available room to meet expectations 2 steps from tram line C Quiet and zen we go there to relax and share with Luis Go there!

It's a really cool place, the studios are impeccable, you feel like you're at home, going from the bedding, the bathroom or even the kitchen corner without forgetting the comfort of having the electric shutters, the exterior, the bamboo garden aspires to a haven of peace as well as the spa, without forgetting the character LUIS who is someone you hang out with right away for kindness and usefulness, that's, top of the line.

It's a total relaxation!

3 nights in a studio surrounded by bamboo. The place is quiet and out of sight. The very clean studio is large and well equipped. Well located 5 minutes from the tram that takes you to the heart of Bordeaux.Super convenient The car can be parked on the street without problems. The owner is very caring and super nice.

A clean, quiet place surrounded by bamboo

We stayed here for 2 nights during the Marathon du Medoc. The place is unusual - as you can see from the website - with an eastern theme and (clue in the name) lots of bamboo and other plants. Its not for everyone but I found it very pleasant and calming. The rooms are very large and modern - albeit quite Ikea dominated and also very clean. There is a large comfortable double bed and also a comfortable sofa bed in each room. The place is very quiet and there are excellent blackout blinds so we slept fantastically. The bathroom is huge with good rain effect showers. The kitchens are not large but have plenty in them to make a basic meal. I would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable self catering flats

Very original and unique B and B which we stayed in for 1 night in August.  The owner is very friendly and allowed us to drop our stuff off early.  He has created a calm, beautiful oasis.  Its a slightly different experience than usual as you have your own studio with a small kitchen so you can do self-catering.  The studio is very well laid out and the decor is very nice.  Our only slightly negative experience (apologies to anyone eating!) but the water would not go down in the shower and it was because it was seriously clogged; it had not been cleaned or emptied out for some time.  The bathroom was a wetroom so we ended up with a couple of inches of water in the whole of the bathroom!! 
Apart from that the breakfast was lovely and it is only a 10 minute tram ride into the city centre. Would recommend this place.
