We had a very bug room on the 6th floor with a lovely view if the Grand Pupp. Was clean. WiFi was fast. The evening receptionist with glasses and a ponytail was very strange and quite quite rude to a Czech speaking guest. I heard raised voices and the word ‘taxi’ a lot. The larger receptionist in the morning was nicer. Parking around the corner next to the Theatre was bit of a faff but parking is a huge pain in this city. Bring cash!! Car parks on most small restos only accept it. Breakfast was ok. The lift was tiny and slow but it’s probably really old.
