Very noisy, no hot water, right in the middle of the bar, the worst hotel of my life, not even a star, not very clean, not at all the description on the hotel sales sites.

Forget about it

Look, after reading some of the other reviews you could get the wrong impression. First off if you are looking for a quiet night don’t book a place literally in the center of town! I found our room clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The view from our room was awesome. Sure, on the weekend it gets a little rowdy but instead of sulking in the room get out and have a little fun! Loved listening to the ocean right outside our window. I had left something in my room when we went in to Santa Teresa and the owner/ operator arranged to have her husband who works the shuttle bring them to our hotel. You can’t find that kind of honesty and customer service just anywhere. Good price friendly people and convenient location goes a long way in my book.

I liked this place

I had asked for the cheapest room and he gave me a really cheap one because the bathroom table was not there and ok I wanted to pay little and that was the only drawback of the room to hear the reception... but in the evening besides dying from the heat and not sleeping from the frost it was also added The nauseating smell of urine or sewage varies because the bathroom was giving on a toilet used as a public toilet that this was the real discomfort.

Bad but not too bad

Stay away from this hotel. In the bathroom on the floor lay excrementes, supposedly from an animal which I doubt. The bath itself a disaster, there is NO hot water. The music from the adjoining bar was until 2 o'clock so loud, the sleep was not to think. The rooms are dull and noisy. Only the location is good.

The experience at this hotel has been very good, from the very friendly reception staff to the cleanliness of the hotel, which has left us very satisfied, the rooms are quite large and very comfortable, with a freezer and a small kitchen.

A very comfortable hotel.

Hotel very (too!) well placed and very noisy. There is no isolation... no sea view available, our room was moderately clean and did not smell very good. However, the reception is nice and there is a kitchen available.

Not terrible, but cheap.

We spent just one night in this hotel, for $24 a night in a large room, with two double beds and a private bathroom. Right in front of the beach, with beautiful views. Were there bichos? Yes, but we found them all over the country. Sure, the pipes smelled a little bad too. Noise? Also, it's right above a bar-disco. If you have trouble reconciling sleep with noise (not my case), noas, but montezuma is quite small and this happens to them as well as several accommodations. They have good wifi and parking, which is to be thankful in a small place and with so little space for tancar. The receptionist, Rocio, is nice and helps you in everything you can. Already there, we stayed there, before we left for our next destination (not my case), but if you want to go to the next destination, we can't use the montezuma in the afternoon. If you don't want to use the montezuma, we're going to have to use the montezuma in the afternoon.

It's not that bad.

We booked for three nights, the ones we paid in advance, error! That looks like a Honduran prison, dirty, noisy, insecure. The windows of the room have no glass and that hallway gives a street where characters of different coats are sitting all day, entering and leaving at their convenience. The Common Kitchen... That should seal it and put it in quarantine, there will be unidentified species yet, including cockroaches that call their anchas. extend me indefinitely, but just say we didn't sleep the first night, so we could go looking for a hostel.

To make a run.

When one of our sons was sick and needed rest, I specifically asked for a quiet room before booking (so written), and I clarified my request when I arrived at the place. I was answered, with a big smile: I give you the quietest room. If you want to sleep in a nightclub, go ahead!! EPOVANTABLE...fiesta until 4:00 in the morning right next to the room.

Horrible, ugly and dishonest!!!

The room is located over the bustling main square, which is a bit loud at night. However, amazing service, a beautiful kitchen, and a great price for an air conditioned room made up for the noise! Free filtered cold water was awesome as well :)
