Shenzhen Xichong Yuerongwan Workers Resort

We decided to spend a few days on the coast away from the constant buzz of the city, so we booked 3 nights here and then extended our stay for 2 more nights. Our family suite was ideal for us with clean, adequate size rooms and bathroom facilities, with only about 200 metres to walk to the sandy beach. Breakfast each day was the same, but wholesome. We explored the locality each evening to sample different restaurants, except for one occasion when we did dine at the hotel. The meal was very enjoyable. All the staff were, in every respect, very polite and helpful and made every effort to ensure that we enjoyed our time there. The location is very popular for on site weddings and many couples were being photographed using the permanent props in place at the resort. BBQ facilities are also very prolific and well supported by the staff, with every possible item you might need to purchase. In addition, a couple of general stores were selling all the usual items you might need at the beach, as well as being able to hire flotation devices. Lifeguards are constantly on duty. In addition to these amenities, there is also, "SHAN" for those times when you want to have a break from the sun, sea and sand to relax in air-conditioned comfort, and enjoy great coffee, or choose from a range of iced teas and fruit juices, not to mention the seriously tempting range of snacks, pastries, pizzas, pasta and rice dishes. If a cold beer is your desire, or something stronger, then you will not be disappointed. If you feel like bursting out into song, then you can sing your heart out, using the Karaoke facilities. If you're travelling in a group, you can challenge everyone to a song contest. But, if you wish to remain outside, then there are umbrella settings on the promenade.
