Hotel Borde Luz

Where to begin... Hotel Bordeluz was just the loveliest experience we had as a family. The staff is absolutely extraordinary. There is nothing they can't do to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our room was spotless the day we arrived and was maintained that way all throughout our stay. The manager was extremely helpful in guiding us through various tourist attractions making himself available for any questions we might have had during our stay. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. From yoghurt, cereals, eggs, granola, cake, fruit juices, and teas, their attention was always caring yet professional. We also took advantage of the hot tub available (an an extra charge) beside their free pool. It is a lovely treat after a whole day out exploring volcanos, waterfalls, lakes, and forests. You need to rent a car to move about as it is located between the city of Villaria and Pucon. This hotel is an absolute gem. If you are looking for a hotel in which the personal yet professional touch is there, then look no further, this is the place.
