Flee! Seriously it's abandoned, and they charge a high price. The hotel was sold in 2019, the new owners don't seem at all interested in respecting the place or the culture of the island. We spent 2 nights, we had already arrived 10 years ago. The location is one of the most beautiful on the island. What a disappointment! No drinking water, in the lower motels, faulty electricity, faulty coffee machine sites, torn mosquito nets, broken outdoor chairs, yellow water, sheets too short for the bed, gold bed and leather (we're at the Coudres islands!) etc. The list is finite.

What a pity for such a beautiful scenery

First night: we discover that the water is not drinking. All we are given is two bottles of 500 ml.... (note that we hadn't been previously warned of this situation and all the rooms are not equipped with the warning.) The mosquito screens are broken so we can't open the windows to get some air because there is no air conditioning. The next day, first and only, we are given two bottles of 500 ml... there is enough. We ask to be reimbursed for the second night and we want to go home. We refuse but we accept to overcrowded in another room.

Insecurity and intimidation

TV's not even on one foot, literally hanging on the wall. Locks don't work. Needs renovations and attention to detail. Choose any hotel with a stopover you'll probably have a better experience.

To discourage

A small hotel with rustic charm, beautiful views of the river, easy access, secure motorcycle parking, very clean, nice room, very friendly and welcoming staff, very affordable with stunning views of the river. Large property with swimming pools and tennis courts, for long walks on the gales.

The crying rock!

There's no service at this establishment, not a very good restaurant and too expensive a real hotel to take our money, every farm at 8: 00 p.m.

We had to get our credit card refunded as they charged us twice. They refused to pay us back and said that it was our fault. No drinking water. No warning about it. The rest of the island has. We had to go to the grocery store. We had a chance they still had. Hardly any hot water. The water heater is not enough for the capacity of the hotel. When we arrived, the section was full and I had to take two cold showers even in a pool in the middle of the afternoon. We had to go to the hot tub and we were also going to a motel. It's a horrible place to avoid completely, so be careful of double charges on your credit card.

The staff don't speak French or English, it took 30 minutes to find our room, the room was moosey, at least we have a patio door to ventilate, we were on the waterfront so at least quiet with a back balcony to relax.

Take it only if you have nothing else!!!

Very bad experience with this hotel. I canceled my booking within the free time limit, I got my cancellation email and the hotel still charged me my overnight note saying that it had never had the memo. I've been trying to get a refund for a month now and they don't want to know anything even with all the evidence. I don't seem to be the only one with this same problem! If you don't want a problem, don't book this hotel because the after-sales service is horrible!! I'm still waiting for my refund.

It's horrible.

We are shocked by this establishment whose client is the last of his concerns. At dinner, the cook refuses to offer the card and imposes the choice of frozen pizza or canned tomato sauce spaghetti all for $115 for 3 people... rescue! The room (No. 53) has a major water leak that fills part of the room, we inform the receptionist the next morning who tells us to our greatest surprise that they are already aware and that is why the room at a discount price of 217 so much at night!!! We would have preferred to be informed at check-in to make arrangements. But can you think of a way to treat the guests in this way?

That's a shame.

My wife and I, we booked a room for seven nights for $844 with taxes. When we arrived, the manager offered us another room on condition that we keep the same price because we are very good customers (we booked seven nights). We accepted this offer on condition that we keep the same price. When we returned from vacation, I noticed that this motel withdrew $1244.00 from my account without telling me, without a bill.
