This was nothing like what the website showed. The room was tiny seriously tiny , you could hardly walk around the bed. There were steps galore to get to your room and none of them overly safe. My husband hit his head as the ceilings were so low. We asked to switch rooms immediately after seeing ours and they wanted another $180 which we were not paying. The hallway had a pungent perfume smell, very sickening. The cleaning ladies left the outside door open unattended for hours (this did help the smell, some). We closed it around 10pm for safety concerns. Lastly we booked what was supposed to be a renovated from and it had peeling paint on windowsill and wall, shower area was not new, etc. I want the truth when booking so I can make informed decisions. This place was definitely not worth the money charged, no breakfast or other amenities to make the room so expensive. We would not stay again as there are many options in the area.

Not worth it!

This is our second visit to this hotel. The first was just after 9/11. Our room was on the ground floor on the end. Yes, we could see the seashore. But the road outside our window was closer. Though, the noise during the night was very low. I would love to ban motorcycles at anytime.
The bed was very hard and my joints suffered badly.
On Monday morning the garbage is picked up from five bins lined up outside our window for the task. Time  7.00 am. Very noisy.
There are ten steep steps up to the office. There is a "ramp". I would not like to be the one to push a wheelchair up it, or in the wheelchair coming down it. The restaurant is next to the office.

Very hard bed

We stayed for two days so we could visit a little and sincerely not disappointed! Staff very kind and kind and we received 3 vouchers for a small free smoothie for breakfast. Our room was clean, spacious, correct bed with refrigerator, coffee machine and microwave. Most of the view with two seats in front of the room to admire the rock that is in front. Parking just under the rooms. The hotel offers breakfast until 1pm which we tested, excellent!!! Very good place!

This is a great hotel.

We were fortunate enough to have the corner room on the second floor and so had a perfect view of the park across the street and the Rocher de Percé and Île Bonaventure across the water. Wonderful. Easy walk to many restaurants and shops. Definitely worth the stay.

What a view!

Congratulations to the whole team we had a nice time, our three dinners were magical, the hot seafood dish exceeded our expectations and we're having a good Quebec foam thanks to Serge Lucie and Minnie Moquin next year.

Extraterrestrial

The restaurant had a lovely and relaxing ambiance with soft non-intrusive music.  We very much appreciated the service!  

The ingrediants were fresh... for two people, full course meal, be prepared to pay between $100 - $200.

The room didn’t seem to bad until it shook when people next door closed a door or moved around.
Free breakfast….. at check in they gave us a paper with plastic wrapped stale croissant and piece of banana bread. Might be centrally located with a view of percé rock through the electric pole wires. At 250 a night, even at the high season, stay away, very disappointed.
The only half decent thing was a large 75” TV, with a total of 20 channels, 2 in English
The remote control AC unit didn’t work either

A rip off, stay almost anywhere else

Dinner on the terrace on 18 July 2021. Good menu selection and a beautiful view of Percé Rock. Nice staff reception and excellent service. I recommend this place to spend good times with friends or family. France 😃 BC

Holidays

This hotel is old and deserves to be demolished and rebuilt although the beds are comfortable. The room is equipped with two unfortunately broken chairs. The cleanliness of the room leaves to be desirable: dust on the furniture. Do not look for RDI on the TV station: only the TV stations of Télé Métropole TVA. There is no cover on the toilet bowl window and the backdrop between the bathroom tiles is ugly. The building has been painted and the paint applied over the elements of the old paint to look good. The balconies are torn and worn. There is no second elevator to get to this place. However, avoid a lunch break at the heart of the Minster's Coffee Tower in the midst of the Minster's lunch box.

A Hotel to Avoid

I don't know if all the rooms have been renovated but the cell I had was all new and very comfortable, all the rooms have a beautiful view of the sea and the famous pierced rock. The hotel is located in the heart of Percé, walking distance from the restaurants and the hotel operates an excellent restaurant. During the covid the hotel serves a continental lunch in a brown bag that you must even go afterwards to look for at the end of each day for lunch. This lunch is bland and uninteresting and just keep you waiting until you find a place to eat lunch.
