The reception is warm. The guests listen with great discretion. The cleanliness, comfort and friendly atmosphere of the rooms and places in general make the stay very pleasant. Simple, without flapping or blinking the eye, the decor inspires calmness and peace of mind. Prices are as honest as the owners. Warm welcome

The place is very well situated... just a few steps from the old quarter (only 400 meters from restaurants, boutiques, etc.). The rooms of the establishment are all well lit, large, comfortable, and peaceful. And courteous, kind and supportive owners. What's more, our only regret is that we couldn't have lunch on site during our stay.

Don't look any further... if you go to Longueuil, this is where you'll be the best!

Comfortable, very clean, well located. Alain and Louise are excellent hosts. My husband and I enjoyed very much their company.  Few minutes walking distance from Metro and ferry.  Breakfast was very healthy and delicious. Homemade jam.  We will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

Louise and Alain are great hookers!!! very welcoming and attentive to the need. I recommend him to everyone, especially to the single woman.

Warm and welcoming

Louise and Allain welcome you with open arms.  A shed in the back keeps bikes dry and safe.  Just about everything is homemade with many of the fruits and vegetables coming from the gardens tended by Alain. Some of the gardens are artistically arranged with driftwood and other decorations. They invite you to relax on a variety of outdoor furniture. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Longueuil's restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, etc. are a short walk away.  There is a wide variety of restaurants. Alain is a cyclist himself and rode with us to show us Montreal's cycling amenities and trails.  We loved it and hated to say good by.

Perfect Lodging for Bicyclist and Really Anyone

Looking for a nice quiet place to rest on the South Shore of Montreal, you will also enjoy a delicious lunch at the Gite A la Brunante, just a few metres from Old Longueuil and the beautiful St. Charles Street.

Three restful and friendly properties:)

We wanted to spend a little lovers' weekend in search of rest and tranquility...and fate brought us to meet Louise and Alain. They offered us a wonderful air-conditioned suite, a small refrigerator for our beer and wine bought on a few street corners. Bed comfort and tranquility for a restful night. Close proximity to good restaurants with your choice of tastes and budget. Breakfast is excellent, home-grown, fresh and organic.

We stayed at the Gite from 22 August to 10 September, ideally located in the charming Old Longueuil close to restaurants and shops, and we spent three great weeks with Louise and Alain who are wonderful representatives of the legendary Quebec hospitality!

Comfortable, clean, tasty healthy vegetarian breakfast,  food, warm hosts, well located for events at parc Jean Drapeau.  Let me book for just two days during three day festival (peak period).  Would stay again!

      
      
      
      

Osheaga Trip

My husband and I recently stayed here as we were meeting friends who lived in Longueuil and we had no desire to be in or go to Montreal.  We stayed in "La Rayonnante" which has a parlour room as well as the bedroom.  What struck both of us was the fact that the house is very quiet as is the street.  We had perhaps the most quiet sleep we have ever had at a B & B.  This B&B has more of a family feel than others.

This is conveniently located in the old district with lots of great restaurants within walking distance.  We would suggest La Magia and Restaurant L'incredule for great meals.  Save the latter for a special occasion.

Alain and Louise were great hosts and served up wonderful breakfasts.  They are both very friendly and we even met friends of theirs as we were leaving.  Louise even gave us a baked good for the road as we were leaving.  For those who want a quiet sleep, convenience and staying away from the traffic nightmare in Montreal, we would recommend staying here.  We decided next time when we want to visit Montreal, we will definitely stay in Longueuil.
