On the 20th of March, 2022, I stayed at the hotel, and I liked the stay, it's well located and the most important thing was the price. Coffee is already included, and it's not the best, but it's good. The staff are very attentive and helpful.

Simple but very comfortable hotel

It's a simple and old hotel, but until then it's reasonably well preserved. Some places could get a handful of ink, but in functional terms it's okay. The room is small, but the space is well utilized, even. It has a desk. Generally speaking, considering the cost, it's fair accommodation, with good cost benefit. The location is very good, right in the center, with a lot of commerce around. But there's a big disadvantage, which is why I don't recommend the hotel: the noise from the street is excessive. There's no sound insulation, and the street is still extremely noisy (a parking of motoboys right in front, and at all times, even at dawn, there's a good delivery with those open spaces). Then forget a night's sleep.

Good cost benefit, but noisy

Quick and objective check-in is Check-out of the same quality, but the facilities are a bit simple,because the same one in the centre of Montes Claros should have a better basic breakfast presentation.

Hospitality

Cleaning note 0. I picked up a room c used sheets! I opened the bed and they had hair and hair of a person putra. Bedroom chair c had an older stove q derci gonzalves. Comfort note 3. Very noisy. Seriously, the waitresses must work in the olodum or in the forging workshop! Every bang!! Talking aloud in the corridors! Td 6:30 to 7:00 in the morning. I wake up every morning. Breakfast coffee very weak. Being in the mines, I was disappointed with the cheese bread. I bit and gave up. Little diversity in the buffet. Internet note 0. The system requires login in small periods td. And when done, there is no signal.

Weakness

It was reasonable for my purposes: I would only go to the hotel to sleep and leave in the morning! The lobby is narrow and needs a cleaning on the walls. It looks slippery. The same with the broken doors in the room I stayed in. A good breakfast. An informal, attentive and cordial attendance. The parking is terrible. For those who need to be close to the center it is very well located. Simply put: simple accommodations, no luxuries, but they catered well to me.
