We found the safe locked and on the phone he told me that the number 123456 was numbered as if that key was universal. In the bathroom there were lit lamps and they didn't replace them. A laptop from the light desk had no flashlights. To heat the water in a sink because there was nothing else to do it. The bed was comfortable, the fridge was large, not a minibar. It had a three-inch clock. The control of the TV had the batteries we were running out, and we didn't consume anything, just because they were not worth the price of locking up under the building.

A cheap apartment.

Location was good, near Meireles beach which has a lot of restaurants. But note that Meireles beach isn't good for swimming, so you would need to take a cab or bus to Praia do Futuro. The hotel itself is very outdated, I could barely open the sliding bathroom door. The pool (which is very small, like an oversized bathtub) wasn't open to the public but no one told us anything when we made our reservation. I would not recommend this hotel.

Location was good but hotel needs some serious renovations

Excellent location and with very good amenities. The staff very attentive. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom. Very small and there was no dryer for the floors. A lovely place to enjoy as a family, on our return from the beach we were going to take a dip.

A very good price-quality ratio.

Our room was excellent, little apartment with basic cooking facilities, microwave,fridge freezer.
We had a hammock too.
Building was clean although the pool lacked daily cleaning or sometimes it wasn't cleaned until later in the day. The building could so with some basic  maintenance like glass cracked by the pool and maybe replace the floorboards there too.
Pool area unsafe for children as glass is missing in one part and they could fall from building  if you were not watching them.
However we loved our apartment 402 and would definitely stay there again

Great location, excellent staff

The location is perfect, on the main and most touristy street, very close to the fair and all the bars. The price ratio is very good. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is a little small and there was no soap, but if towels. I think at that price is the best thing you can get.

Simple and very good location

great location, lot of choice for the breakfast. there is a small pool but it looks really dirty not really inviting, the wi-fi only worked at the ground floor where the reception and restaurant are, but not in the rooms. the apartment seemed ok at first with a great view. it has been really disappointing and disgusting to find various big cockroaches though!!!!

good price,

I travelled in December 2014, the spectacular sunny weather every day with 30 to 35 degrees. The breakfast was very rich and varied. The room was a very comfortable little apartment. The stack of the hotel is a little small. The location is very good as it is facing the beach and a few blocks away the craft fair where every night you can go to visit by walking as it is very safe (police personnel in all blocks).

Good hotel and very good location.

the villa costaira is a flat located in an excellent position on the main road of fortaleza the long sea (beira mar) practically crossing the street you are on the beach near all beach restaurants bar mac donald and is located a short distance also from the craft market. the flat is quite simple and cheap the rooms are good and the staff is as always in brazil very friendly, the only thing the pool is decidedly small suitable i would say x children. anyway i put it well found.
