Morretes

The Morretes Solar Hostel is a great accommodation option in the beautiful town of Morretes, a great location next to the Mother Church, very close to the city center, offers a peaceful, very clean and well-organized location. The room offers comfort in its simplicity, in which we stayed had a beautiful outdoor view of the river! It also offers a great breakfast. The attendance was very cordial, attentive and we felt very well there.

Weekend in Morretes

We had no bathroom in the rooms, we left before our appointment, they didn't even offer us a coffee, and they were preparing.

I didn't like it.

Good service, good breakfast, cleanliness and good facilities, but the room that got me warm, the ceiling fan didn't come on and I suffered to get to sleep, I'm used to the heat but I woke up several times at night because of the heat, the fan at maximum, the window open but very hot.

I should change the hotel name to Hostel.

I stayed in the period 28/02 to 01/03, a great option for cheap accommodation, suggest, recommend, recommend for anyone who wants easy access to the city centre, tours, city sights, car, taxi or bus, a very welcoming, simple, humble, kind gesture, reception from the owner, very friendly, attentive, excellent service, wonderful morning coffee, comfortable, well ventilated room, exceptional cleanliness, very pleasant environment, incredible place, the sun god I'll return to was a great satisfaction if I love it, thank you very much to the host who provides a very nice, efficient stay service.

Great location! we were very well received and served, rooms clean and organized, you have a shared bar, we use the shared bathroom too, I thought it cool that the sink is outside.

I 'd recommend it.

Very welcoming place. The hosts are very kind. My family and I feel at home. A good, warmly prepared breakfast taken in the yard in front of the river and with the sound of birds. I'm sure.

It's a very cozy place.

Very good service. Simple and clean place. The morning coffee and the price is right. Only the cheesecake is missing. The bathroom is shared in my opinion the weak point of the establishment. But it was worth the cost/benefit.

Good hospitality!

Very well located in the historic center, close to the old church, near the river. Very simple room, but very cheap to arrive instantly in the establishment. Family home, ideal with small children the girls of the pousada love the little ones.

Located by the river. Very clean. Nice room with access to the terrace. Pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast in the garden is very nice. Very friendly, personal care. Short drive to the beautiful downtown. Good price-performance ratio. In the neighbouring three-bedroom housed 6 men drinking beer until late at night, having turned on the TVs until the attack and ignoring any request for rest. Very uncomfortable. / A toilet and shower for the whole hall is too few. / Breakfast below average. / Internet and WiFi unstable.

If it wasn't for the loud neighbors...

We stayed one night at the Hostel Solar de Maria and it was perfect. The room is bright and spacious and the breakfast is AMAZING! 
Jociane and her family are very lovely and helpful people. 
The location is close to the church and a 2 minutes walk to the historic center.
