My wife and I stopped in Morro initially for a week and ended staying 3 weeks on this island. The place is paradise on earth, no road, beaches, cheap pousadas and the nicest people in Brazil... We stayed in a pousada very close to Barra Vento but didn't really find the owners and the room nice, so we decided to leave and met Railton, the owner. We fell in love with his place The pousada is literally 50 meters from the 3rd beach so between the busy , funky and noisy 2nd beach and the 4rth beach, postcard beach with white sand...the 3rd beach is just a sand walk close to restaurants. There is a nice and simple fish restaurant on the corner (TIA LITA) with a very funny and nice owner and the fish is super fresh and the moqueca amazing. the room are really simple and spacious, we stayed on the ground floor with a nice balcony, rooms on the first floor are bigger and have nice balcony as well the breakfast is really good and big enough considering the size of the pousada. The owner is very helpful and we wont ever thank Railton and his familly enough for making us fell so welcome. We will definitely come back to Morro but mainly to Barra Vento
