We spent 2 nights at this high quality apartment building based entirely on TripAdvisor reviews. What a find, its perfectly located right alongside the Adriatic but set back far enough to have its own private garden and terrace area. We spent an entire day just relaxing on the terrace and swimming in the crystal clear waters. 
Our room was spacious with a small balcony and was immaculately maintained. If you stay here don't bother walking around Neum searching for breakfast. 
The hostess Adrijana serves up an amazing selection of food to set you up for the day ahead, all for less than 10 euro per person. We loved our stay at Villa Maslina and would definitely return.
Adrijana was the perfect hostess, at very short notice she managed to book us a table in the number 1 restaurant in Neum and was charming and helpful throughout our stay.
Great location, quality accommodation, amazing breakfast and Adrijana gave it all the X Factor. 


Absolutely perfect. 

Having just returned home from a week’s stay at Villa Maslina I cannot get to my computer quickly enough to write a review of this amazing place. Where everybody appears to be flocking to the tourist hot spots around Dubrovnik, Split and Pula, the coast Neum is a place that appears to remain practically undiscovered beyond the Bosnian domestic market.

With prices that are significantly lower than those across the border in neighbouring Croatia, Neum offers an authentic experience of one of Europe’s most beautiful countries. This small town literally buzzes with excitement and occupying an enviable location on a slightly quieter stretch of the Neum seafront, Villa Maslina offers one of the warmest welcomes that we have ever experienced during our many travels.
The hospitality and kindness of Ante and Andrijana, the extremely hard-working and owners of Villa Maslina exceeds all expectation.  Having stayed in several legendary luxury hotels around the World we can categorically state that our experience at Villa Maslina surpasses what we have experienced in all of the high-profile properties where we have stayed. 

Whilst accommodation might be regarded as “modest” by  clients that like more pretentious five-star resorts we were delighted with the comfort and cleanliness of our room which also offered a balcony with a breathtaking view over the crystal blue waters of Neum. We have rarely enjoyed such a good night’s sleep in unfamiliar beds.

All guests have the opportunity to purchase a sumptuous breakfast whilst in residence which is tailored to individual preference and this is served on the terrace overlooking the Adriatic. From here it is simply a matter of taking a few steps to the sun loungers which are set out under the olive trees, from which the property takes its name. Whenever the sun became too hot it is simply a matter of popping out of the garden gate and walking a couple of metres to take a dip in the sparkling azure waters of the sea. Andrijana and Ante are on hand at all times to serve chilled drinks whenever they might be required and if one is feeling peckish a delicious selection of light meals are served to hotel residents.

Already planning to return to Villa Maslina in 2020 both of us are suffering from serious withdrawal symptoms from this little paradise.  Ante and Andrijana have truly become firm friends after this trip and we cannot wait to set foot back on Bosnian soil to settle back into this very special home-from-home.

One of the best kept secrets of the Dalmatian Coast

Modern & peaceful place with great seaside view. Food is served only to quests however today we had the pleasure to enjoy a delicious meal - Spaghetti gamberetti freshly made by the owner Ante.  

Greatest hospitality with best coffee in town, highly to recommend to visit when in Neum.

Neum is only one hour away from Dubrovnik but a quaint seaside town with prices 60% lower on lodging and food than Split and Dubrovnik. 2 really good restaurants. While in the little seaside part of Bosnia they accept Euros and Croatian money everywhere. This small B & B is hosted by Andrijana delightfully. Located right on the sea. excellent 6e breakfast.  

Very Nice with Excellent Hospitality

Unfortunately, we were only there one night. Great and clean room with balcony and nice size. Parking right next to the villa, everything very lovingly laid out on the house and on the terrace. Direct access to the sea and along the promenade. Quiet and well sleeping, comfortable mattresses, air conditioning. The homeowners and operators are very loving, open and committed people, not intrusive. It's a very nice place to relax. The breakfast is great, very fresh, mega and delicious. Seating right by the sea, including service. I'd be right back.

Very relaxing and a great atmosphere

Best location, best service, very casual, clean and modern rooms, very good beds, direct location by the sea, excellent coffee, very good food, family atmosphere, varied and great breakfast. All in all; TOP!

No competition

We stayed Monday to Friday in June 2018. The hosts were very welcoming and couldn't do enough for you. Perfect breakfast every morning, with honey from their uncles farm, they even gave us a jar full when we left. Very nice terrace and private sundeck, with the sea 2m away. Rooms very clean and fresh. Honestly having been in Neum nearly a week we couldn't find anywhere as nice on the beach front. A great find and you won't be disappointed. 5*****.

The best in Neum

The accommodation offers everything that the heart desires: direct sea views, rooms with sea views, excellent breakfast and restaurants within walking distance. I can warmly recommend spending a few days and nights here. An oasis of relaxation with very friendly and also German-speaking operators.

Nice accommodation with perfect location

Nice young couple, peacefull and well maintained stay with seaview and private sundek, not to touristic in September and central located for visiting Dubrovnik, Split and Mostar. Thanks for a great time.
