Apart from a comfortable stay at the house in a beautiful garden located in the picturesque Huon Valley just 50 minute drive away from Hobart and 5 minute away from Cygnet (plus a lot to explore around), you will get a very special experience as a quest. Beate and her family made us feel truly welcome and at home. Highly recommend to those looking for peace and quiet and sincere human connection. We stayed in a smaller room out of the two available and it was cosy, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The bathroom is spacious. All the amenities are present apart from cooking but you could request a gas BBQ set to use. Overall, good value for money and you'd want to come back there to say hello to the host :)
