This facility has no reception for customer. And, they did not provide the refreshment service. If you would like to stay this apartment, you should clean the room and refill the consumable items (i.e. toilet paper, dish cleaner, shampoo) by yourself.

Although there were towels in the washing machine and the floor needed a vacuum in the living room.  The one bedroom apartment had all that is needed for the 10 day stay.

We had several functions in the area and found the accommodation great for public transport - as it was an apartment, shops were close enough to walk. Lovely view and the bedroom was double glazed to block out the traffic noise. The only real drawback is accessibility and lack of visitor parking.

I spent 2 weeks here recently while my husband was on assignment in North Sydney. We found the apartment to be very comfortable. It was spare, no frills, just the essentials. Bed was just okay, not soft. Lighting was not great in the unit - only one night table in the bedroom. But a large bathroom included a washer and dryer, which were a huge bonus. Great shower, lots of hot water. Housekeeping came once a week. There was a shaft for rubbish down the hall, which was not very efficient, since there frequently would be a bag stuck inside. Up to date dishwasher, full refrigerator, gas cook top and microwave were included. Most essentials - pots and pans, china, silverware and glassware, were provided. Don't look for a stocked kitchen. My husband even had to buy salt, which should have been included but they had missed it. Two bath towels and one measly hand towel were in the bathroom. No wash cloths. I had to ask for more hand towels, and when housekeeping cleaned up, I was back to one. Never mind, the AC worked well (don't leave it on or you might be fined!) and the only problem we encountered was one morning when the water was shut off without notice. Then there was an evacuation notice. A worker had drilled through a pipe by mistake and then the fire alarm triggered. Otherwise, it was very quiet despite the proximity to the freeways. 10 minute brisk walk to North Sydney train station, and close to bus stops. IGA in Greenwood shopping center and the strange German Aldi Store on Mount Street are your best bets for groceries, unless you want to hop a bus for Neutral Bay where there are Woolworth's and Cole's supermarkets. The area shuts down after 7PM and on weekends for the most part. TV was pretty basic, only a few stations. Internet access was very good. On the whole, much better than a hotel room. Would stay here again! Sydney is beautiful. You can actually walk across the Harbour Bridge from the apartments if you have good walking shoes. Many lovely walks down to the harbour are not too far away, such as visiting Lavender Bay and Luna Park.

Comfortable apartment with many amenities provided

The hotel was easy to find and in a reasonable location. We arrived and had to make a phone call to be let into the room. As it was late we settled in for the night. The following day we were woken up with a terrible smell, which lasted about half an hour but was awful, this happened every single day of the stay. We think it was someone else in the block cooking but don't want to start trying to guess what it was!!! When you book this hotel with Hotels it says limited parking but does not give you an option to book parking, so we were unable to. When there we asked to book parking but were informed that they have 3 apartments but only one space, and this was booked out. We asked if there was anywhere else to park and they said they would try and find out for us, no phone calls back and we had to do the chasing, well the reason they were not very helpful was there was no more parking, without paying nearly $100 a day, no street parking at all, believe me we walked miles. We eventually found parking for our stay but had to arrange this ourselves with no help from the owners. So if you have a car and stay here make sure you book parking otherwise you will be stuck. Well back to the room, it was clean and had everything in the kitchen but the toilet smelt and we had a cockroach in the bathroom. So if you have no sense of smell this place would be a great place to stay, if not and you have a car, you would be better off looking else where.
