I booked a deluxe queen room on the BMI website, 24hours prior, for an overnight stay. With my email address I got a 10% discount which made the tariff very reasonable. On arrival we were given a friendly greeting by the host, a few suggestions for dinner - one being the Kings Hotel nearby. We were given the key to Room 32. There are a lot of different sections and room types to this motel. Our room was around the back and on the ground floor. It was quite spacious, very clean, nice decor with quality curtains and a comfortable bed. It had a sofa, a small dining setting and everything we needed for our self catering road trip. It appeared to be recently refurbished with tiled floors and a modern tiled bathroom. Everything was in working order and the hot water came through reasonably fast. I recommend this motel if staying in Bathurst overnight or longer. Ask for room 32 or similar and you won't be disappointed.
