This is run by a retired couple who speak Armenian, Russian and German. However, we had no problems using Google Translate to communicate. They are really lovely and the rooms are in a big beautiful old house with a balcony overlooking their garden. Shared bathroom. It's not right on the lake, however, it's only a short walk to a beach or a short drive to the monastery. Breakfast was included and was coffee, breads, cheeses, yoghurts etc. They have wifi.
