It's a very nice, clean place with all the amenities hot water with room heating and cooling equipment to store food.

The owner is very kind, very attentive, this place is highly recommended.

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience at the Hostel. Its owner was unkind, rude and disrespectful.We stayed only 1 day and checked out at 11.00 a.m. we charge another day, even though the accommodation conditions in relation to the hours on the web, refer to the check-out being at 12.00 a.m. Although I did not issue any invoice of the same, I went to the Secretary of Tourism Bariloche to make the corresponding claim and proposed to expose what happened in Consumer Defense. Due to the time of attention and that I should return to my city by force majeure, it was not possible to continue with the claim.

The landlord was at the screams during the 2 days we were staying, when we asked him if he could stop yelling at our echoes, returning the money and saying that we would end up in the police station, when I asked him why he exercised the right of admission and permanence I only said that we were bad people, when I said that I couldn't get rid of him, so he said that he could say that we had smoked in the place where there were disturbing noises and we wouldn't be able to do anything. The shower or the bathroom chain didn't go well. In addition to demanding the use of barbecue without using it.

Terrible attention from the owner.

El Hostel has a very good location: central, close to everything, with a group stop at the drive-through of the Hostel and next to the well-known restaurant La Jirafa, with rich and cheap options for lunch and dinner. Robinson is very kind; makes recommendations on what to do and how to get there, depending on what each traveler is looking for. When we stay, they do not provide breakfast service. The room, clean and with good heating. Hot water in the shower. The shared facilities (kitchen and living room) are clean and with everything necessary. Except the use of barbecue in the common spaces. To treat a Hostel, note that they do not offer towels and towels or personal toiletries (when we clear the reservation of the hostel).

Comfort and excellent location.

I stayed for one night - the guy that worked the reception was very nice and really helpful with suggestions. The room was comfortable and it was located very close to the bus stop for the airport.

Excellent location close to everything, comfortable, good heating.Robinson is very friendly, and willing to solve all concerns and give good tips for organizing the stadium.

I'd never come back. As soon as we got there, we were rushed into the room because the attendant need to leave. We entered the room, the bed linen was dirty. Dirty disgustingly, not for a day without washing. A mattress had something white sticky to the eye. One of the beds was dirty, we found a blood-stained curtain inside the saunas. And worst of all, the chinches!!! My friends and I were all turned into pieces and full of chinches that are super dirty and you take them to your house in the bathroom. Now I have my wifi, thanks to the hostel. Everything looks abandoned, no tin, no use the kitchen or any old common space, because the kitchen is empty.

Robinson is very kind and eager to take care of all possible improvements in service. impeccable heating, a very rich and abundant breakfast. It brings ideas for walks, transportation, it's great. Very importantly, a hostel that welcomes children and cares for them.

I liked the fact that was half block of down town. Very convenient. I didn’t like that when we got there we had to pay extra taxas that were not mention before.
