Room is spacious, comfortable and equipped with cooking place. Toilet is clean and with hot shower. Its really nice location, restaurant and shop is nearby, beach is 5min away. Price is only 160k dong. Owner and her son, henry is helpful. Recommended.

Cheap and comfortable

As above room not as described however we aren't too fussed about having TV, wifi connections are a problem as we like to stay in contact with our family back home and it's useful to be able to plan where to eat and other things to do during the stay. Anyway the problems became at night time. At 11:30 PM a really loud noise begun, we went to the house next door where the guesthouse owner told us he would be if we needed anything, when we spoke to him he acted in a peculiar manner running around in a circle saying the same word in Vietnamese - this behaviour we could only describe as a result of drugs, we then approached a young boy who had arrived on a bike and was sleeping on the floor of the house opposite the room - he proceeded to get up, told us to speak to the family in the house and got on his bike and left. We then spoke to the family in the house and they told us to return to the house next door. Luckily we figured out turning off the water stopped the noise so we turned off the water and managed to get to sleep. We left the next morning and moved to another guest house. 

Okay room, no TV or wifi signal as advertised, no one around to help when experienced difficulties
