Rex Quang Binh Hotel

Only issue was on checking out, the receptionist received a photo of a flannel I'd used to wipe the balcony clean from a chambermaid, and seemed to want financial compensation from me for using it this way. This spoiled what had up to then been a perfect stay in the hotel. I paid nothing, and left in a huff.

Good service, great value for money. Rooms are spacious and clean

Excellent two night stay.  Very relaxing and a lovely clean spacious room.

Everything was nice especially the front desk people. In our bathroom it would be better if there was a half partition to block the water when taking a shower. We got a lot of water on the floor and tub.

This hotel is next to a park that has some exercise equipments. We went for a walk before 6am and there were already quite a few locals out there. The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and big.

A bathtube only, no separat shower was a bit strange to us because of splashing water around, making the floor slippery.We enjoyed staying. Friendly staff, exeptional breakfast offering.

We stayed her for 3 nights. Good hotel and lovely staff. A bit out of the center, but we always rent scooters so that was no problem for us.

We had a nice stay at this hotel with a spacious and modern room. The breakfast was very Asian orientated, so only a few choices for continental. We didn't mind that, however the coffe was really bad one day and undrinkable the next morning. And that after two weeks in Vietnam, knowing that the coffee is different from the European.

I've stayed at Rex Quang Binh Hotel twice. The first time was a nice experience. The room was clean, staff were friendly, surrounding area felt safe with restaurants within walking distance. The second time, the quality of staff and room was great. However, there was really loud music from a nearby restaurant/karaoke bar. I could hear people singing karaoke from my room until 11pm-midnight even with my headphones on. I stayed on a Monday in January... not sure if this is a one-off event or it happens every Monday. Overall a great stay minus the loud signing.

To start with all the staff were super friendly, accommodating n always had a smile on their face. We were upgraded to another room as we were on our honeymoon trip but the staff decorated another room for us, therefore the reception staff upgraded us to that room without any fuss.Even though it’s a newer hotel but it looked quite run down n not well maintained. Also the location is quite far from the downtown area where most of the action happens during evening n night i.e. cafes n restaurants. Overall, the stay was pleasant n comfortable

The receptionist knows all information about my question, very clever. Although in the first night, strange electric motor sound for 10 minutes made me wake up twice, other times were calm. The room was wide, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast also excellent, including Vietnam food, and 4 kinds of fruits.

Modern hotel with huge rooms. Friendly staff and reasonable breakfast. It was very good value. The hotel was located a bit in the middle of nowhere, but only 10-15 minute walk to town. Soundproofing could be improved

Stayed here for 3 nights while doing a couple of day trips to the national park. Room (king suite) was extremely spacious and well appointed. We were on the 10th floor and on floor 15 there is a karaoke bar and it was like they were singing in our room. The good news was it shut down early.

Excellent hotel, only slight problem was sink plug not holding water, and balcony in need of wiping clean.
