The fridge was dirty and sticky, the room was very smelly, dirty sheets with hair everywhere, dirty bathroom floor, no hairdryer, no microwave, no coffee machine as they posted on their website, in general just a nightmare.  We tried to go somewhere else, bit due to the foot ball game, everything was booked 

Don’t go there!

Don't be deceived. The outside looks terrible, but this was nicer than the wyndham I stayed at the night before. The indoor pool area was inviting but smelled like cigarette smoke. The room, though, was terrific, very comfortable, big, with lots of amenities. The staff was super friendly and the location is the best.

Walking distance to Cowboys stadium

Don’t do it!!!! We arrived for a Cowboys game and chose this place based on distance to the stadium. Just needed a place to stay and it can’t be that bad, right?! WRONG! Pubic hairs on the “clean” made bed. Asked for new sheets and they gave us some. While striping the bed ourselves… Someone’s dirty socks fell out. Yuck! Then later in the day we noticed old blood splattered on the ceiling, walls, microwave, refrigerator and air conditioner. What happen in this place and why didn’t they clean it up?! Walls, doors, curtains, couch and everything else was filthy!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!

- pubic hairs all in the sheets
- mattress cover under the sheet was covered 
   with pubic hairs. 
- pillows were nasty, looked like someone 
   urinated on them. 
- pillow cases were nasty, hadn’t been changed. 
- urine stains on the mattresses 
- stains on the headboards
- lamp shades were stained
- safety railing was falling apart. 
We rented 2 rooms and both rooms were equally nasty. We arrived at 3:30 am and there were no other options in the area. I complained to management and asked for new sheets. They gave me new sheets and pillow cases, but I had to change them myself. Unless you are looking for a place to hide from the law or to cook meth, I would book a room somewhere else. Never staying here again!!!!!! 

NASTY HOTEL

When we were in Arlington we stayed in the budget host inn. The first night we got there it was really late and wanted to go straight to bed. So we lifted up the covers and there was no sheet. Half of the place was rusty and gross with old musty smell. We had no hot water to shower the next morning. The place was falling apart. And if I ever go back to Arlington I will not stay at the budget host inn; it was way to expensive for this place. The only good thing is that the hotel is across the street from AT&T cowboy stadium. 

Never going again 

Disgusting. Came in for Cotton Bowl. Flight delayed, got in late and had to stay. Was supposed to stay two nights. It was too bad to stay. Pool broken. Chair in room stained. Sheets stained. No hot water, warm at best. 

RUN!!!!!!

All three people i encountered at the front desk were rude and kirt. Dirty dirty dirty, unsafe area, zero continental breakfast they will lie and say that it was put out and eaten, really at 7:30 am? Super loud due to the atrium, you could hear EVERYTHING!. Yes its close to cowboy stadium but it will RUIN your trip its not worth it.  Can all theses reviews be wrong. NO

On September 30, 2017, we arrived at the Americas Best Value Inn in Arlington, Texas. Which I reserved though Bookings.com. As soon as I stepped into the hotel lobby a horrible smell hit me in the face. I stayed in their lobby just long enough to get the keys to our rooms. One room was a double Queen and the other room was a King. We went in the double room and it nearly made us sick. The odor was so strong! It smelled just like a sewer. Then we went in King room and it had a strong odor also.  We decided the only way we could stay in our rooms was to go get Lysol and other cleaning items. And new sheets to sleep on. We thought about finding another hotel nearby but everything was booked up due to the Dallas Cowboy and the Texas Rangers games. It is a very unsafe hotel because the door to the parking area is always open. Anyone on the streets could just walk in. I will never stay there again.

A VERY NASTY AND UNSAFE HOTEL.

For a motel, I've definitely stayed in better. But the fridge worked, microwave worked, shower worked (definitely slipped and fell though. They might wanna add those grippers on the tub floor), and the room was clean. My main complaint was just that it all was OLD. You could tell the building needs to be updated. The room had that old rusty smell to it. Other than that, no complaints. I didn't have any issues.

When we got there they informed us we owed more money because wr had 4 people instead of 1. So we ended up paying what we would have at a nice hotel. We didn't realize we were also paying for Roaches to stay as well. It smelled AWFUL! Probably due to all the roaches. When we informed them of the infestation they knew and didnt care. Never go here!
