Everything you need-perfect get away within a couple of minutes walk from the beach. Property is spotless and well maintained with a heated pool and cabana as well as sun beds and umbrellas. Guest laundry on site and a great beach bar next door that does breakfast/lunch etc.

We fell in love with this small property. Our room was tidy and ready for our arrival. The common areas are kept clean. This is a great option for families looking for some peace, quiet, sun, pool, beach and beautiful sunsets. We'll definitely hope to come back.

Good stay, wish they'd offer late checkout, feels like our time was cut short considering what was paid.

Excellent location!  Easy access to beach (10 min walk).  We loved just hanging out at the pool.  Great clean rooms.  Much better than the huge hotels.

Excellent property!  Rooms are renovated, and exceptionally clean.  Love the boxes of complimentary beach supplies outside of each room.  Hidden gem in St. Pete Beach!  Would absolutely stay here again.

This place was perfect. The beach is just two blocks away, the private pool in the middle of the complex was great for the days when we were tired of the sand, the room was spacious and had everything we needed and more. They even had a box full of beach stuff we could use (chairs, cooler, bucket and shovel, etc). We were already talking about coming back w friends next year.

Beautiful beachy furnishings. Access code to room... no check in at desk. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pot & pans. Only a short walk to the beach.Small bathroom, but nice.  Shower curtain wasn't quite long enough so water kept pouring onto the floor.  Towel on ledge solved that problem. TV viewing was a little difficult to figure out.I would stay here again!

Nice place, relaxing vibe and great location. I found this last minute and scored! Would certainly return again however hopefully the air conditioner won't break down on me the next time. The owner certainly got on it right away and got a crew to replace it. The negative was they were in my room for the afternoon and it was an inconvenience. A complimentary something would have been the thing to do, just saying. A back scratch for a scratch aye. That's my reasoning rating four happy faces instead of five. St. Pete Beach I'll see you again.

My family and I recently stayed at the Upham Beach Inn and absolutely loved it.  The beach is a short walk away from the property as well as privately owned ice cream shops and a small bar/restaurant, Rick's Reef.  It was newly renovated and has a cozy feel.  The kids loved having their own room with a TV with cable hook-up.The owners have equipped their property with practically everything you could need.  There is a grill available to the tenants that we cooked hot dogs and burgers our first night.   The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and pots/pants.Each unit comes with a "beach box" that comes with an umbrella, a wagon, two chairs, and toys for the kids.  After visiting the beach we returned to the property and took advantage of the heated pool.We would definitely stay there again and look forward to the opportunity.

Great Find!

We could not have picked a better place to stay. Everything is new and clean, it is decorated so nice! It was only a 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach with white soft sand and clear water. Within walking distance to many stores and restaurants. I will definitely be going back, this time with no other plans but to just stay and enjoy the hotel and the beach!

We LOVE this place! Small, clean, quiet. The room was lovely. We didn’t feel like we were in a motel. It felt like we were in a cozy beach cottage of a friend or family member. The pool was so clean and the perfect temperature. Warm enough to be soothing and cool enough to be refreshing. The owner are so friendly. We can’t wait to plan another trip and stay there again!

The property was nice and quiet  but it needed a bit more deep cleaning they should add a standing mirror there was only one in the bathroom

We had a great stay here. Close to beach, I appreciated having amenities such as beach chairs and towels, the had a cart where we could put it all in. We will be back.
