If I could give this a 0 I would. We made reservations in advance. When we arrived my husband went to check in and the person at check in told us we did not make a reservation. At that time he did book a room. I had printed out the confirmation but he did not take it in with him when he checked in. We went to our room and it was filthy. There was no refrigerator or microwave as advertised. The bathtub looked like someone had given their dog a bath in it. The sink counter was pulled up on one end. The floor next to the tub was rotting. I was afraid to pull back the sheets. The pictures I viewed before I reserved were nothing like what is it. I consider that false advertising. I only regret not taking pictures to be able to prove the squalor. We went back to the lobby with the print out of the confirmation to inform them of this and the guy was extremely rude. He was yelling at us. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think this is terrible customer service. The only good thing that came out of this is that they did refund the fee. We went to a much better motel that knows good housekeeping and customer service. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

DON'T STAY HERE!

We got a room and walked in the smell of the room was awful. It was nasty the door did not have a safety latch or even a dead bolt on it plus you could see daylight all around the door from a 1 inch crack in it. The bathroom walls were falling from the 2x4s, the beds were leaning and there was bugs all over the room. Please do not let the pictures of the rooms on this site fool you. IT IS DISCUSGUSTING! You also do NOT get your money back when you complain to the very RUDE STAFF at the desk.

Nastest place I have ever seen, very unsafe place

The rooms are not updated what so ever. Not a good place to go at all. Stains on the pillow cases and sheets. 

There are way nicer hotels next door and on the same street. 

The management is rude, uses a Real Key for door lock and has to be reserved for a $5.00 deposit

Although they have wifi was not able to log in.

I would not advise to stay here at all, just drive a little further and you'll get way better service somewhere else!

UNBELIEVABLY RUDE STAFF

DO NOT STAY HERE they charge me full price for a room that had no refrigerator or microwave, then refused to refund me a dollar for a a soda that I bought from the machine it was not plugged in and was hot..management is rudest I have ever seen...checked in for a few days every day I had my Do Not Disturb sign on and every day all I wanted to do was sleep as I work nights..the staff knocked on my door over 7 times in one afternoon from 10 o'clock in the morning till 1 o'clock in the afternoon when I confronted the man at the front desk about it he cursed me out, refuse to offer me a refund for discounted price or anything and made aggressive movements like he was going to hit me...rudest service I've ever received I think this place is only open so that their huge Indian family can live there they don't actually want any customers and they try their best to drive them all the way that's why this place is always empty..so if I were you I would take you and keep on driving there's a much better hotel next door called right for us and has about the same price and they're much nicer the rooms are nice and the TVs are better the service is good go there instead

UNBELIEVEABLY RUDE STAFF

Nasty dirty sheets and towels, smells, bed bugs,rde management and a complete rip off Please don't stay there everrrrrrr!!!!!!!!I was there two weeks every nite I went to bed and woke up itching and red with bumps. Didn't think anything of it so couple more nites went by I was like I feel like something is biting me sure enough bed bugs

Nasty

I've stayed at this Hotel on several occasions. Economical but nothing special. No breakfast, and the rooms are dark and musty. Otherwise, you have more money in your pocket when you leave. Stay only if you're saving money.
