This was an older motel that had very clean rooms. Quick check in and out. I would stay again if in the area. Not your every day hotel chain but it was clean and that's what we wanted. Only complaint was that our tub dripped all night and the dead bolt would not lock.

Cheap motel prices

Had all the amenities one needs. I stayed 2 nights and it is close proximity to restaurants and even the city dog park. They welcomed my large behaved dog and a new puppy. I felt safe going out frequently at night with puppy. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again because I know how clean it is. Recently spent time at the JW Marriott in Grand Rapids and it was such a rip off. Everyone, staff and patrons, acted afraid to interact in case I might not be in same social class. Money is not happiness, the roof over my head is just that, a roof not my self worth. Just relax and let your hair down at the Grand and save a grand.

Highly recommend for cleanliness and friendliness!

Stayed there over night last week and the staff was so helpful and pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again no problems!!! Rooms were fair priced and they had just updated furniture and paint. They gave us choice of smoking or non smoking rooms. Water was hot and room was clean and everything worked. Parking lot is average.

Just was there last week

I was on a trip to this little town in Nebraska for 2 days.I chose to stay at this place not just because it was cheaper but also the manger was so friendly and helpful. I had a corner room that was King size and very clean. I must say the motel is so clean. As a matter of fact this guy the manager helped me to locate the place where I was  supposed to go as I never been this place ever in my life. Overall I will rate 4 and recommend to stay here.

Good Service, Clean and spacey rooms.....

I got stuck in this place because I used Hotwire and had paid for the room.  In spite of that, I wouldn't have stayed except that it was after 10 pm when I got in and I was unfamiliar with the town.  Hotwire described that my undisclosed room would be similar to a list of mid-level motels such as Super 8, Ramada, Motel 6, Red Roof, Holiday Express, etc.  In the past I always did get one of these,  This, however is independently owned and completely unacceptable.  
It was in a dark industrial area of town.  The sign was broken and there was graffiti all over the tiny office, trash lay on the ground, some "guests" had camp stoves outside, apparently as if they lived there.  It was an old style open courtyard motel and there was a small group of men drinking beer outside my door.  Inside, everything was old and worn.  The carpet had spots and there were marks on the walls, the trim was not painted.  There was a posted price of $35 per night.  The only good thing was that is was reasonably clean.  I made the mistake of mentioning this to Hotwire when I complained and they replied that they only guaranteed a clean comfortable room.  I paid $69 for this room and they only refunded $12.  I wedged a chair under the doorknob and barely slept all night.  Needless to say, I cannot ever allow myself to be put into such a position again, so will never use Hotwire again.
