Very nice place to rest your head after a long day of snowboarding.

This place was great to relax, get to see town and go to the ski resort. It was big, clean and right off the water. They were very good at communicating the check in process and the check out process. We got emails, texts, mail, and phone calls welcoming us to their property. We got the 3 bedroom that had 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. The patio was right off the water and was great to hang out on during the day. 

A 3 bedroom for the price of 1. Wow!!

I reserved a two-bedroom, two-bath and received a one and a half bath unit; the half bath was very small, closet like, and the full bath had a very small shower, no tub at all in the unit.  The property was half empty and they gave me the worse unit with no view.  I left early because it was not worth it.  Only positive I can say about the place is the location and that it was clean.

The only thing positives for me was the location and the unit was clean.

The Twin Rivers electronic check-in process is amazing! We received confirmation and coordination for entry into the unit before our trip and everything worked effortlessly. The Bancroft units are clean and spacious with decks overlooking Fraser River. Beautiful! There is a walking trail behind Twin Rivers that you can get anywhere in Fraser or Winterpark by foot or bike. Fantastic!!! We can’t recommend this place enough!

Wonderful Location and Units

There was no service desk and no personal attention unless we chose to call. The exterior has a stark appearance. However, the interior is clean, and our two bedroom unit felt pretty spacious with the usual kitchen appliances (no coffee filters). Sleep number bed was nice. To small indoor hot tubs in one of the buildings.Grocery store (Safeway) is very close by.

Adequate condo but no ambience

This is not a Marriott resort, but a lovely laidback setting with great views and the sounds of a blue-ribbon trout stream right off your deck.  Fishing, hiking trails, and the close national park make this a wonderful mountain location.  There are interesting museums, scenic drives, good restaurants close by, a nice grocery store within walking distance.  The property is older but in very good condition.

The unit was clean, comfortable. Great price for the area.

Very comfortable stay.  Clean, quiet accommodations with fabulous views of mountains and Fraser River

Close to shuttle bus line with access to ski areas and downtown. The unit was comfortable and the bathroom had excellent quality towels. The furnishings were okay but not great. The stove had a bottom drawer that was very difficult to open and close.
