Me my husband and two children stayed here after a day at Blackpool zoo. We stayed in room 22 a family room. Our whole experience was brilliant. Check in smooth. Room spotless and had everything we needed. Beds very comfortable. We all slept great. Very quiet. Connecting door at reception to the pub next door. We ate dinner and breakfast there. 10/10 that again was spotless, food and drinks very nice and staff fantastic. We will definitely be recommending and staying again.

Staying in premier inn was always great decision and never let me down. Beds are always very confy. Rooms are really neat and clean and reception staff is lovely as well. Whenever I come to preston to visit my family, I always prefer to stay at this branch.

The room was great and so clean. I needed a few extra items such as sugar and milks and a towel and I asked a really friendly lady, I'm sure her name was Kelly from housekeeping, for some and she was amazing and made sure we had these with a huge smile. She is a great asset to your team. Thank you to her!

Premier Inn is a fantastic hotel chain known for its comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and great value for money. The rooms are clean and cozy, perfect for a good night's sleep. My stay at Premier Inn Preston East was truly enjoyable. From check-in to check-out, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The room was spotless and well-appointed, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable. Despite being close to the motorway, the room was surprisingly quiet, allowing me to relax undisturbed.

This is a lovely hotel, nice and clean And the staff are all very friendly.
I had the meal deal and the breakfast was lovely and the evening meal was just perfect. plenty of parking and close to the motorway very convenient

Whilst staying at this Premier Inn, dropping our Daughter off at University, we found ourselves in a very stressful situation. From the minute we walked in the staff where amazing. The first lady (sorry didn't catch her name) on reception greated us and sorted our room out. After finding out that our daughter had had a tough day, she later offered her some cookies, such a lovely and touching gesture. She then said if we need anything to give them a shout. About an hour later we did need help, then it was June to the rescue. June is an absolute credit to the Premier Inn and helped us enormously, nothing was too much trouble. We really can't thank her enough. Ever Premier Inn should have a June.

Very nice hotel stay very welcoming Amy on reception went above and beyond to help with our stay close to motorway and restaurant on site aswell………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….

We had booked this hotel back in june for when the football fixtures came out, but due to a death we cancelled, we then booked the night before we needed to leave, we came off the motorway and it is literally just off,they had plenty of parking we arrived on sat 16th at 10.30am we asked if we had to put our car reg in but wasnt needed, we went off to football, we came back around 7ish, the young man was friendly and helpful, we went to our room but the key didnt work so i went back and he happily sorted it out, the room was nice and cold as the windows were open, same set up as any other preimer inn, we went down for dinner and as the door closed we hsd left our key in the room, again spoke to the lady on the desk who had a giggle and gave us another key, the room was clean and tidy,every member of staff we spoke to was friendly, their is a petrol station down the road, although the hotel is near a road it was quiet during the night, we left the room this morning to put our bags away and went back and again the key didnt work, so as a cleaner walked past she let us in, a lovely hotel with fab staff.

Arrived this hotel early reception was lovely and let me check in there was a housekeeper there and she put biscuits into our room which was a bonus with a nice cup of tea just what I needed after a long drive room was lovely and clean we had breakfast in the morning and the gentleman that served us couldn’t help us enough and the breakfast was lovely and fresh

The hotel was brilliant
Receptionist found me something to eat at 1.30 am in the morning
Shower was full and hot
Bed was amazing .. slep like a log
Buffet breakfast offered two fruit salads apple juice galore and gluten free toast

My one complaint was when I saw the bill
I had checked prices on the train
So when my sweet son offered to book me a room I accepted
So how did the price for a single room rise from £22 per room to £130 plus breakfast around £10
Try calling guest relations what a joke
Do they employ anyone to answer the phones

I stay here on a regular basis for business. I have stayed at other Premier Inn‘s, but this is by far the best friendliest one I’ve stayed in it is always clean fresh and all the staff are very friendly and nice and the beefeaters. Next door do a lovely breakfast and evening meal and the staff are lovely and friendly too.

From the day I arrived at my 7 day stay at the premier inn. I was greeted by JANE and the amazing team, The level of customer service was outstanding! 

I Had a brilliant stay my room  it was perfect i had the best nights sleep, it was always clean I slept so well. 

 I was served a great breakfast by James every morning and what  a great guy he was always happy and so helpful made my days even better when seeing him. 

All the staff were extremely friendly. JANE and JAMES went above and beyond to always make me smile! 

Best customer service I have ever had in my 34 years of life! 

Thank you so so much I really appreciate everything you guys do it make my stay amazing! 

Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again.
