Room was clean, spacious and bed was comfortable. 
Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Fab hotel. Lovely spotless room, friendly welcoming staff, lovely food and convenient location to get around.

We stayed for 4 nights at the Premier Inn while visiting friends close by. We arrived quite late after having an issue with our hire car and was really nice to receive a lovely welcome by the receptionist. 

During the trip on the way over, our sons tooth fell out and we didn't have any change for the tooth fairy.  My husband asked at reception if anywhere was open and as it was Easter Sunday was told that all shops were closed. My husband explained to the receptionist, James, of the reason, and he saved the day by generously giving his last bit of change, which we are so thankful for as my son was so excited that the tooth fairy was coming to Ireland!

The room was spacious and clean and every day each member of staff were all really friendly and made our stay wonderful. Thank you to all the staff and we look forward to staying again soon.

The reason I choose the Holiday Inn is because I know what I will get and I get what I expect. 
The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was clean and quiet and parking is always available.

Excellent location with a big car park. Everything was very clean. Excellent rooms with quality furniture including a very comfortable bed and desk big enough to work on. Very friend yet still very professional staff

The purpose of my trip with my children i would totally recommend. It is very family friendly. It has everything you require and staff are friendly ans helpful. The breakfast especially great value you for money and both kids ate free , you can have as much as you want. The resturant food for dinner was delicious and reasonablly priced . It was a bit more expensive this time but i understand that is the prices rising in everything. Well worth it and would definetley return.

I have stayed in this hotel before and its the usual Premierinn experience, but i'm writing a review because my last stay April 29th -May 01, I witness a lady who demonstrated total loyalty and commitment to service in Emma at the restaurant. On Monday morning, the restaurant was down to only two Staff; Emma and a gentleman who seem to be the Supervisor or so. This lady Emma, took on the task that we saw four staff doing the previous day, she was sweating, worn out but was still smiling and attending to every customer request without panic. She maintained that every customer still got the Premierinn experience that they deserve. I have stayed in more than 15 premierinn hotels across the Uk, I have never written a review but Emma stood out for me hence I have to do this. A big thank you to Emma for being an example in quality service. Thank you.

James house linen is brilliant james is so helpful and really chatty to guests always asks if you are ok and need anything james always has a smile and is a jolly friendly member of your team great place to stay.

James on receptionist gave a warm and friendly welcome. Even when passing he made sure to check in to make sure everything was okay. Was nice to see a friendly face even late into the night. It made for a lovely stay. Thank you James
