We love staying at the Premier Inn, Hessle, when visiting friends and family in the area. 
The staff are exceptional and always welcome us like friends. Our room was very clean and comfortable.
Plenty of free parking.
Fun seeing and feeding the peacocks in the car park!

Had a lovely 2 night stay after travelling down from Scotland and meeting up with family and this was central for us to meet up with my aunt and cousins hadn't been to Hull in over 17 yrs. Only downside was lack of signal/WiFi 

Just as expected at Premier Inn. Clean warm room with all required amenities, hot shower, tea making  facilities, comfortable bed, pleasant staff. Substantial breakfast, parking on site with no charge, restaurant for evening meal. A little confusing to find with all the roundabouts! but we got there fine following directions. 

We are regular customers of premier inn west hull and we are more than satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend to everyone. The staff are very attentive, especially tracy who is a receptionist, she ensured we were given our preferred room as well as making us feel incredibly welcome during our stay. She is amazing! Such a great hotel!

Stayed here for an extended stay over January. It's a decent premier Inn. Rooms are fairly modern, comfortable and quiet. Easy walk into Hessle, brewers fay5n site is fine. Staff are the best, Maria was outstanding but every staff member went out of their way to make our enforced stay pleasurable. Only downside is the poor WiFi in the rooms. Thanks everyone.

Stayed there as a Christmas gift from a friend , I’m disabled and really miss my bath since getting a wet room . I loved my soak in a spotlessly clean bathroom , towels were soft and fluffy and plenty of them , followed up with a complimentary cuppa from the free drinks available in my room. Later went for a meal in the restaurant next door , everything was lovely. Staff friendly and attentive , couldn’t do enough for me . On the whole a lovely experience

Staff were most accommodating, couldn’t do enough for us. My wife is disabled and everywhere was easily accessible . Room was warm and inviting and everything was spotless. Tea and coffee facilities provided in the room 

Totally excellent food, highly recommended. Wonderful quality, huge portions. The Manger Mark Clayton made this visit exceptional. Very helpful, professional and a true credit to the company. Many thanks for making our day 😊l

Had a comfortable night's stay which was enhanced by the quality of food on offer both at dinner and breakfast. If you are visiting Hull or the East Riding I would recommend this hotel as a great base for your stay.

We have stayed in many Premier Inns over the years - this was the best by far -  large room very clean and lovely soft towels 
Brewers fayre next  door evening meal was excellent

Premier Inn has the good features of a chain - a tried and trusted, predictable and repeatable experience. Comfortable bed, good-size room, pleasant staff, clean and safe-feeling. It's not exciting, but I look elsewhere for my fun. Though this branch did have a number of peacocks living in the car park, or nestling in the window box at Reception, which is worth some extra points! Near the main roads into Hull (but no traffic noise) and a mile's quiet walk from the train station at Hessle.

Just what I needed

get what you expect from Premier inn, this hotel was no exception, friendly, warm and inviting, room was clean and well arranged.
Only negative was staff communion within the restaurant, they need to communicate ore especially when its your first time there. Food was slightly expensive for what you received on the plate, my food was only warm but eatable, breakfast was the same, not really hot but food quality was great.

We have stayed at this Premier inn many times and we find it very convenient for Hull and exploring the East coast. The room was very clean and comfortable as you expect from Premier Inn. Like so many places they seem to be suffering from staff shortages and have supply issues with items on the menu, but the food we had was always hot and served cheerfully. My one criticism of Breakfast would be fried eggs that are hard and the sausages could be hotter.

Clean,friendly and reasonable priced

polite, helpful, friendly staff, comfortable room warm good shower and decent bed, room cleaned & made up on request and towels changed no fuss, breakfast choice is good, easy to park also quick to exit to head into Hull or other routes
