Today we popped in for a last minute breakfast, was greeted by the lovely Emma who shown us to our table , explained where everything was and she would take our food order shortly I have a milk intolerance so Emma also provided soya milk , breakfast amazing definitely would come back.

Amazing! I stayed at the Premier last year, and they never disappoint. The staff is wonderful, always ready to help and make you feel at home!
The place is located near the airport and i will always recommend to anyone travelling from East Midlands.

The requirement to pay for parking was not flagged very obviously on the booking website, which was disappointing

Very nice hotel with excelent service :) Best option near the airport. Room are really clean and neat, also the staff is very helpfull. I had a great time there and I will be back for sure if I will have any business around East middlans. Good food as well.

Lovely stay at premier inn east midlands airport, rooms are lovely, restaurant a bit dated and staff particularly Vicki rushed off her feet! She did the best she could and was was very apologetic for the wait on our food, will definitely stay again before jetting off on out jolly’s

Stayed before a business meeting in Nottingham, rooms are new since the last time I was here , Booked a table with Vicki on Reception for an evening meal , meal was nice think i might book a meal deal for the next time I stay , Staff are always willing to help if I have any questions.

Comfortable overnight stay prior to an early morning flight from EMA. 
Did not take an evening meal so cannot comment but what was on offer looked nice.
Early morning Breakfast at 06:30am perfect for my early morning flight.
Full-English was tasty and was quickly served. Would definitely recommend.

Over night stay before flying . Excellent. Hotel remove my faith in Premier Inn as I last airport stay at Luton was dreadful. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Arie was looking modern very very clean and for once did not smell of smoke.Would highly recommend .

This is Great hotel in a great location if your looking to stay a night before your cheeky break away. 
The hotel is nice and clean with comfy beds plus modern rooms. The Staff are extremely welcoming and can not do enough for you. Kia in the restaurant is always welcoming and extremely hard working.

When entering the establishment I was greeted by the most friendly and helpful individual on the front desk, the rooms are modern and comfortable. The food in the restaurant is diverse and exceptional with the server Kia being the best I have ever had the privilege of meeting.

Exceptional

We stayed here at the weekend following a late night flight. Just a minute from East midland airport its ideal. It was lovely and quiet and found a parking space no problem. The parking only cost us £4 for 24 hours which I thought was great value. The room was expected and the bed very comfy. It was peaceful with no slamming off doors etc and the window kept all the outside noise at bay. 
The breakfast was superb and unlike other premier inns it was cooked fresh to order.  All the staff were really friendly and would definitely stay here again!

Came to work with my brother! Which is always good fun. I would like to thank Jamie and Peter. It looked like a crazy evening and afternoon and they did an amazing job. They were both speeding around all night and still managed to make all the customers happy. Thankyou for the lovely food and drinks.

We had a great experience with Vicki our server at the restaurant for our dinner. She’s paying attention in every details and explained well what we need to know. She happy to served despite of the busy evening. We are happy to have her at the restaurant !
