The scenery was incredible, the quietness and tranquility was idyllic but it was still very local to amenities

What a beautiful place. We stayed in the farmers hut and pod as a family of 4 adults. Menna was a wonderful host and made us feel incredibly welcome. The location is perfect with stunning views across to the Eyri Mountains.  The highlight was sitting in the hot tub with a drink looking out across the amazing landscape and watching the cows and sheep. A truly wonderful place. 

There are so many things that made this trip unforgettable but menna and her hosting was incredible. Small things like warming up the hot tub when we were out just a heat warming touch. 
The views from the huts were incredible & whilst we didn’t walk up Snowdon you felt so close to it.
It was phenomenal being on a working farm and seeing the wildlife which included a number of their puppies which were so cute and cuddly!

absolutely amazing place. Had everything you could need and was an ideal base for climbing snowdon. Menna (the host) was the nicest person who couldn’t do enough for you. The day we climbed snowdon she put us the hot tub on ready for our return without us even asking! So peaceful and amazing views. We stopped as a lads weekend away but would be ideal for a romantic getaway or family holiday. Hoping to book again! 

We stayed at Siabot huts for a couple of nights over the bank holiday weekend.  We had the three huts (two adults and two families) and Mena set them up so that one of them was for sleeping in and one as a living room, which worked out perfectly.The view is breathtaking (especially from the hot tub) and the whole weekend was magical.  The location feels like you are in the middle of nowhere, but actually only 10 minutes from Betws-y-Coed, where you can find restaurants and shops.Mena was an amazing host and I couldn't recommend Siabod Huts enough!!

Stunning property overlooking snowdonia national Park.  Although there are only 2 of us, the property sleeps 6.  Consisting of 3 large double rooms all complete with ensuites. 

Beds are sumptuous and welcoming, the property is exceptionally clean and in excellent working order.  There is every piece of kitchen equipment you could wish for, they've thought of everything.  Dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, double oven, microwave.... you name it, they have it.

The views are to die for, you really cannot wish for a better location, and above all, its isolated, no people, just sheep.  The owner is warm and welcoming and goes to any length to make sure your stay is pleasant and comfortable.

I honestly cannot rate this enough, its a truly spectacular find and very much worth the money.  

When we arrived the owner met us and showed us how to operate the under floor heating, the hot tub and the kitchen equipment.  There was a welcome pack of eggs, bread rolls, milk and eccles cakes, all amazing.

The property was easy to find, satnav took us straight there.  To sum up, we have high standards and this property and the warm welcome has gone above and beyond.  We live in Sussex so are spoilt for beautiful countryside but this wins hands down.  Truly spectacular.

Myself my husband and 3 children stayed in the shepherds hut and pod for 2 nights (not long enough) they have the most stunning views of the mountains to one side and a filed with gorgeous calf’s in at the other side. So peaceful and quiet there. Big hot tub to fit all 5 of us in, a picnic bench to enjoy eating alfresco. The host Menna is such a wonderful and kind lady, she couldn’t do enough for us. She delivered us full English breakfast both mornings at times to suit us. It was delicious. Her husband was also a very lovely pleasant man. The evening we arrived she let the boys have a cuddle with their new 1 week old puppies, they were so cute. We cannot wait to return and would highly highly recommend to anyone without any hesitation.

We’ve just had the most amazing stay in the shepherd huts and pod we didn’t want to leave. Menna is such a welcoming host and can’t do enough for you. She made sure the wood burner was on so we were super toasty the glorious hot tub was hot for when we needed it. The huts and pod have everything you need to have the most relaxing stay. The children had so much freedom and we all loved star gazing from the hot tub. It’s an adventure we will not forget and can’t wait to come back soon.

We had a fabulous stay in the barn, the barn is perfect for relaxing and getting away from it all. The hot tub and the views are spectacular.
Menna is the perfect host, nothing is too much trouble and she really has thought of everything you might need in the barn!
I've been twice now, originally with a group of girls and recently with family to celebrate a 60th birthday. 
It is off the beaten track but exactly we wanted. The barn is beautiful, 3 spacious bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms, my 10 year son loved the soccer and billiards table and it was nice to get him away from his electronics for a weekend. 
The barn is spotlessly clean and the views outstanding! Thank you for having us again Menna.

Amazing time (our 2nd visit)

I don’t know where to start with this review. I don’t know what to say other than it was absolutely perfect!! From the beautiful huts, the amazing sunrises, the incredible views, the hot tubs, the scrummy cooked breakfast to the wonderful host. I couldn’t fault a thing. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived, we even had a litter of puppies to greet us which only added to our wonderful get away. Menna was super friendly and couldn’t have been more accommodating! 

The huts have everything you could need. The solar outdoor lights in the evening were so pretty. Menos heated the hot tub for us each day which was great. We sat each morning enjoying our cooked breakfast overlooking the rolling hills with nothing but the sound of sheep and cows. Pure bliss! 

Just a 5 minute drive from the beautiful town of betws y coed, such a great location. 

Already cannot wait to come back!!!

Best UK Getaway we could of hoped for!

Stayed in the converted barn for a week end of June. Welcomed by Menna and showed around. This is a modern conversion with attention to detail. We have two hols a year (North Wales and Lake District) and this has been the best location by far.

Three large bedrooms, each with own on-suite. The place has been decorated and kitted out to a high standard. As you enter there is a utility room, which has washer, tumble dryer and sink. Plenty of space to dry out wet gear after cleaning. There are also shoe racks and hooks for outside coats (and an umbrella stand) as you enter.

Large fridge, cooker, dishwasher and home from home kitchen, with all utensils covered. 

Plenty of wardrobe space in each room and large on-suites. You have enough parking for 3 cars, so suitable for 3 couples. 

The private decking area with hot-tub is great. You can sit in with fantastic views towards Moel Siabod, Snowdon and Tryfan. Nothing better than unwinding with a drink!! strong wi-fi and TV with Netflix.

You have to drive to get to most places as this is on a farm (but you get the views). There is a big Co-Op in Llanrwst and a fantastic Indian Take-away and Chippy, so no issue with getting food.

This is a working farm, so expect the odd noises and occasional smells. This was our base whilst hiking and sightseeing around Snowdonia.

There are not many places you go where everything is covered, its the little things that are thought of. We have already booked again next year and will probably be a regular. Menna is friendly and very helpful. All in all - perfect.
