It's very dirty! It's noisy day and night. There's nothing in the room, the towels and bedding don't change for a week. The beds and the pool area are very dirty. Breakfast is scarce. Plus, there's a transfer to the beach.

Makes you want the best

The room is on the road - soundproofing zero, all night car and bike, replacing nothing, the rest is busy. Before the room of bulls, garbage and empty bottle - in two days no one has been able to remove, see the photo. The administrator answers - It's outside the rooms and you have no relation. :-) The broken air conditioner sounds like an ancient vacuum cleaner, a hole in the wall from the wire, see the photo.

We were all living in Kata Bella in March 2019. We were tired of walking around the place we were going. We knew it was a long way from the sea (more than 1.5 km), we knew it was the cheapest hotel in Kata at the time, and we knew what to expect! We were living on the second floor, with windows on the road. We were taking our bags with us, because we learned that it was impossible to sleep, but we didn't take advantage of them! We were tired of walking around 10-20 thousand steps and we were going to the hotel with intent!

There are advantages and disadvantages.

The main thing was the noise from the road and the whole night they were banging on the toilet doors and talking to each other. At the very beginning when we saw the room we asked to change it for an extra fee. But no!1 The administrator is a mean lady, although the Thais are usually smiling and kind! They called the guide of Pegasus, they asked to change the room. He said: It won't replace it! And he answered the phone!!

The most horrible hotel we've ever seen in Thailand!

This hotel has another name Kata Bella. The hotel got a roulette from Pegasus. We stayed one night before traveling to Samui in a room on the first floor, in a building where there is a reception. The room is old and dirty, the feeling that the bedding is already used, all in the hair. To talk about this staff is useless. The panties were wet and in the dirt. On the decision they were taken and all others were not given. On the way back we had a room on the second floor, everything concrete, even the bed, the air conditioning didn't cool down like in the garage, it was as long as a ventilator. In all the rooms the complaints go to the bed, everything is dirty.

All in all the hotel is good. We expected worse as cheap hotels seem to be quite dirty in Thai. That one is good. BUT. Everyday you have the same breakfast (no choice) - 2 sausages, 2 eggs and 2 pcs of ham. If you do not eat something - the next morning your plate will be without it. 
Half of the personnel speaks English (2 persons) and they are very friendly and kind. The rest do not speak and it is very hard to communicate. If you think you have agreed something with them and they confirm it - NO, this is far from reality. 
Normally breakfast is from 6 to 10. But we have twice had no breakfast at 6 as it was not ready and the personnel was sleeping, but we had to leave 6:30. We even checked out without any personnel - just left our keys from bike and card from the room at lobby. And left without breakfast! No one cares! Awful!
Water pressure is so low that you can hardly take shower, and no hot water! 
It is too loud traffic and construction outside even if you close all the windows. Impossible to sleep from 7am. 
The way to the beach is too far and tough under the sun. You can take a bike from the hotel but it will be 250 bth per day for 125cc small bike - We proffered to take large 150cc not far from the hotel for 213 bth per day. 
Concluding: Totally disappointed. But many thanks to those 2 women who do speak English!

More cons than pros

The pool was nice. Had great ambience. The rooms was nicely done up with a Thai flair. Good value hotel. Thumbs up.

Happy house

The hotel is located right next to a busy highway, where bikes and cars with a characteristic thirst chase them day and night. So you won't find any peace and quiet. So the rooms are not bad at all, really hard, the pillows are not at all comfortable (this is the general opinion).

A week on the fucket

Four of us deeply disappointed. So noisy. Not clean. No matter how good the other features are, they can't compensate for the traffic noise (and we're Londoners), the grey/white towels that just aren't big nor absorbent enough, the unappetising breakfast, the dingy dark "restaurant" area and the absence. of return tuktuk service from the beach. The walk to the nearest beach is not a pleasant experience, and if you hire a tuktuk back the fixed price cartel rate is 200 B.( About £5 UK money).
Get a hotel nearer that's a bit off a main road. Really, if you value your sleep on holiday, avoid this place.
