I booked this spot because I was visiting Taipei alone for four days and wanted a hostel that also afforded privacy. Inn Cube - Minquan’s space capsules were super cozy, with comfortable bedding and plenty of room for one person. The entire facility was clean, including the bathrooms. I especially appreciated the large lockers and the secure capsule locks. The WiFi was also excellent. The only minor complaint I had was the aircon within the capsule itself not working. Luckily, the main room is kept quite cold, so it was still a comfortable sleeping temperature within the capsule. The location of this hostel is hard to beat. It’s just steps away from a subway station and within walking distance of a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and cultural and arts attractions. I’m happy I stayed here.

Great Deal

It was a last minute booking, and price was affordable. we stayed at a private room. Although shower room was shared, it was clean and tidy. It is also near the city center which was fantastic. My only comment was wifi was a little bit slow during our stay.

Small but OK

Awesome Place to stay at. I stayed here for 5 nights and I loved every second of it! Workers are nice with decent English, helpful and tried to meet your demands (the few I had). Place very clean and tidy, shared showers with good pressure and hot water also Japanese toilet who can clean your butt if you want haha.
Tv and air conditioning inside, the temperature was perfect for me whole night.
Maybe a little noise sometimes like when your neighbor goes inside his/her capsule and of course when you try to not make any sound, you sounds like an elephant... but didn't bother me, and at night it was quiet.
There is also a small safe box inside you can use.
Seems to be popular for Taiwanese and mainland China! I was the only foreigner I think when I was here.
Subway is only like 2 minutes away and only 3 stops from Taipei main station. Everything you need just around the corner.

"Best price for backpacker"

I like the modern design and great price! It has a great location near MRT. Staff are very friendly with 24 hour service.  My first time in a non-traditional hotel. The bed is very clean and comfortable enough.  For my 5 nights stay, the only issue is need to recharge my PC in the common area. Inside the cube, only 2 USB outlets for cell phone.   The storage cabinet can put in a standard carry-on luggage & shoes. My bigger luggage had to stay in an area in the lobby. A lot of magazines and books to read is a plus.

Small but beautiful!

Its location is very convenient, locating just a street behind the entrance of mrt station (Minquan West Road). There are loads of shops nearby, with two 24 hours store right down the road and breakfast restaurants on the same street. 
The toilets are very clean, with hair dryers provided. The staffs will check out the toilets every night, who constantly replace the toilet papers and check for faulty.
The public area is very cozy with plugs provided, but it is also not allowed to be too noisy as it will still disturb the others. 
However, the rooms might be too small for some people and might feel kinda packed. If you are staying in a capsule it'll be worse because your luggage has to be placed outside in a locker. You will have to conquer half of the walkway taking stuffs from your luggage. Besides, climbing into the capsule causes lots of unwanted noise created by the plastic capsule. This might easily wake others up or simply disturb their rest. If you speak in your capsule, it can also easily be heard by your 'neighbors'.

Cheap but constraint

Of course, the capsules aren't made to stay there for very long because there's a convenient side to the toilet and changing that's missing. However, we only stayed for two days and we slept very well. The place is clean, the staff is efficient. We provide you with shoes and towels and there's wifi. Too bad the capsules aren't very soundproof, but it didn't stop us from sleeping.
