The staff is super friendly , goes beyond a help , to give the guests a homely feel , security , safelty , love and affction of a family. Randika and his fellow staff members are very helpful and always takes care of their guests all the time. We would love to visit again and again to this place. The building seems to be pretty old but as guests who are in love with ancient things , it was just perfect for us. Walks towards the lake , witnessing wild elephants in a very clise vicinity , all were bew exereinces to us. Thank you "The Lake" hotel (also known as Echo Lake , The Lake , Seruva) , we will visit you soon again before your refurbishment.
